Role Description:

We’re looking for a Flutter Developer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is eager to build scalable, high-performance mobile and web applications. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver polished, user-friendly experiences across iOS, Android, and Web.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for iOS, Android, and Web.

• Write clean, modular, and scalable Dart code, following best practices. Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth animations and fast load times.

• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to craft seamless user experiences.

• Stay up to date with the latest in Flutter, Dart, and mobile/web development trends.

• Ensure apps are maintainable, secure, and built for scalability.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (must be excellent at communication).
• Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
• Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a high-performance engineering team.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with AWS or cloud-based architectures.

Prior experience in fintech applications and security best practices.

Experience working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

• Participate in sales onboarding, 1:1 training sessions, team meetings, skill building and professional development courses.

• Capture accurate and complete information in Deltek’s sales tools.

• MBA preferred. Four-year university degree required.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a product-based software development company and should have hands-on involvement in e-commerce platform projects.

Mandatory Criteria

• Candidate must be currently working or have prior experience in a product-based software development company
• Candidate must have worked on at least one e-commerce platform project (end-to-end involvement)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React.js
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, reusable front-end components
