Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, CX Analytics, Product Analytics, UX Research, or Behavioral Data Analysis, working on B2C digital products (web/app) with a focus on understanding user behavior and improving customer experience

Mandatory (Experience 2): Hands-on experience in analyzing user journeys, funnels, and behavioral data, including clickstream analysis, cohort analysis, or session-level insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CleverTap, Firebase, ContentSquare, or similar platforms.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Experience working in cross-functional environments (Product, Design, Business, Research teams), contributing to insight generation, problem framing, and solution validation based on behavioral and customer data.

What does the role entail:

About The Role- CapitalNow is seeking an Android Developer with notable experience in Java and Kotlin development. The technical team is responsible for developing the supported mobile application and web app for customers and a control panel for the marketing team involved in CapitalNow. You will be responsible for delivering best in a class mobile experience, engineering-complex, secure & high-quality native Android mobile apps for our product.

Responsibilities

● Collaborate efficiently across cross-functional teams such as product managers, UX-/UI-designers, and other software engineers ● Design, build and maintain high-performance reusable, and reliable code ● Continually improve and innovate software development, deployment and testing to ensure high-quality, on-time releases. Essential Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect and drive complex software frontend framework refactor projects that incrementally modernize areas of the application and establish new guidelines for future product features
• Work with UI/UX designers, developers, and database administrators to analyze workflows and current implementation, and make a roadmap to refactor the frontend SPA that can be delivered in an incremental manner
• Efficiently working with various profiling and monitoring tools to identify performance and concurrency bottlenecks, propose and implement optimizations to improve cloud product
• Review end-user usage patterns, customer logged performance defects, and enhance page load performance based on gaps identified
• Understand application architecture, application interactions with backend applications and with other downstream systems

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and driving front-end engineering and refactor projects and solutions
