• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing development and service issues.

Mandatory Skills:

Job Requirements:

Must have and up-to-date knowledge of NodeJS and class-based programming.

Professional experience building single page applications using React, Vue.js.

Must have strong and up-to-date knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and higher.

You can make a solid relational data model and have a deep knowledge of SQL and MySQL.

You have a good understanding of HTTP and know how to make a reliable and modern web API (REST).

Should have worked on at least one large complex web application.

You Should know how to write clean and flexible object-oriented code.

You must have a good understanding of sync programming concepts.

You Should work daily with tools like Git, NPM, Composer and a proper IDE.

You Should able to deliver POCs, experiments and technology evaluations following design thinking practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Required skills and qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience supporting Web and Backend based application software and environments preferred

• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally

• Experience with version management systems like GIT, Subversion

• Knowledge on Payment gateways (Razorpay, Juspay)

• Experience with web application servers, basic idea on AWS and Azure

• Databases (SQL and NoSQL) and SQL query language.

• Good understanding of Networking principles.

• An understanding and background with Object Oriented Programming languages

• Required Full stack development knowledge.

A Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Health Cloud, Sales and Marketing Cloud. This role is ideal for a candidate who can design, develop, and maintain custom applications and integrations while managing our Salesforce Health Cloud instance to optimize business processes, improve productivity, and drive success.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems, with a strong focus on Health Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure optimal system performance by optimizing code, implementing best practices, and conducting code reviews.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for Salesforce development projects related to Health Cloud and other Salesforce products.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator for our Health Cloud instance, managing workflows, validation rules, customizations, user access, and system configurations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of developed solutions, including functional and technical specifications, user guides, and test cases.
• Assist in the migration of legacy applications and data to the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with Health Cloud.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, specifically in Health Cloud, to recommend improvements and new functionality.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications, integrations, and Health Cloud configurations.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions and effective utilization of Health Cloud features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Health Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications required; Health Cloud Consultant Certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in Health Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Proficient in Salesforce integration tools, such as REST API, SOAP API, and various middleware platforms.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/deployment tools (e.g., Gearset).
• Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices, specifically within Health Cloud.

8. Strong in debugging, troubleshooting and performance tuning for SQL queries
9. Proficient in RDBMS (MySQL, Mssql) and NoSQL databases (mongo, HBase)

Qualifications & Experience:

1. BE/B.Tech, ME/MTech. 7+ years of Java development experience, including Spring, Spring Boot

•  JAVA/J2EE (Mandatory)
• HTML/CSS – Basics would suffice
• JavaScript, JQuery, JQWidgets – Must be proficient and core skill requirement

•  .NET Framework (v4.5 and above) + C# (v5 and above) programming language: Core skill set and mandatory
• Windows WCF (SOAP) /Web-API (REST using JSON): Must be proficient
• Windows Server knowledge – IIS + Windows services: Basics from deployment perspective
• MS SQL server: Must be proficient with queries and database objects

• Minimum 3 years as a technical lead
