Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff Role Outline

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Assistance & Team Coordination:
• Work closely with team managers (tech, HR, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and that all teams align with company goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas needing improvement, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate between teams and facilitate inter-departmental communication.
• Organize and attend all meetings with you, take detailed meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Excel and other BI tools for easy progress tracking.
• Analyze business data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Provide clear, concise updates on team performance and project status.
• Leadership Support:
• Assist you in setting and achieving personal and business goals.
• Understand business challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve productivity and streamline processes.
• Personal Assistance:
• Help with scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and managing your calendar.
• Assist with personal goals and travel plans.
• Project Management:
• Lead special projects as assigned.
• Ensure projects align with the company’s mission and vision.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience & Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or chief of staff role.
• Strong understanding of business operations across multiple functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Leadership & Adaptability:
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence without authority.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional common sense and business acumen.
• Personal Traits:
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

All you need is a laptop, internet connection, telephone with good network coverage & a humble attitude to talk to students and parents.

• Your primary responsibility is to handle incoming and outgoing calls (tele) from students and parents to apprise them about iDreamCareer products.
• To manage 40-50 students/parents call per day
• Complete management and updating details in CRM (Leadsquare)
• Pitch iDC’s Product with lot of passion and enthusiasm
• Follow up with Prospects, share necessary information and bring it to closure
• Consistently hit quota and overachieve on Monthly and Quarterly Targets

• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills. Good command over written & Spoken English.
• Ability to engage students/parents in conversation around their careers
• Experience in working in CRM tools like Leadsquare
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telephonic sales/outbound sales is a must requirement for this role

• Good understanding and experience of HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with ES6 / ES7 / ES8 features.
• Thorough understanding of the Request Lifecycle (including Event Queue, Event Loop, Worker Threads, etc).

We are looking for a Backend Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application; therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
