Job Title : Medical Device Engineer

Location : Bangalore / Pune

Experience : 5+ Years total, with at least 3 years in Medical Device Development, Sustenance, or DHF Remediation

Notice Period : Immediate to 1 week

Mandatory Skills : Medical Device Development/Sustenance/DHF Remediation, ISO 13485, IEC 60601, ISO 14971, FDA & EU MDR compliance, DHF documentation, Design FMEA, CTS/CTQ, QMS, PLM, Verification & Validation, Impact Assessment.

Key Skills & Knowledge :

• Strong understanding of ISO 13485, IEC 60601, and ISO 14971 standards
• Experience with FDA and EU MDR regulatory requirements

Responsibilities :

• Conduct gap assessments and create/update DHF documents, including user and product requirements, design FMEA, CTS/CTQ, and standards compliance reports
• Analyze and implement design changes, assess impact, and update documentation accordingly
• Identify gaps in verification and validation, ensuring clear traceability between requirements and verification documents
• Assess compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Define CTS/CTQ parameters and actively participate in design reviews
• Follow QMS guidelines and manage changes through PLM.

Years of Experience required: 4 years (Min)

 Mandatory:-

·  At least 3 years of experience in database or BI developer role

·  Microsoft accreditation(s) preferred

·  Proficient at design and development of ETL using MS SQL Integration Services (SSIS)

·  Experience with common ETL Design Patterns

·  Proficient at writing T-SQL, stored procedures and functions

·  Proficient with analysis of data quality and data profiling

·  Experience with writing technical documentation and communicating database design

·  Experience working with an Agile team to create and develop operational processes and software

·  Experience developing ETL of OLTP data for analytical/BI reporting; ability to perform as OLTP DBA is a plus

We’re looking for a creative, multi-disciplinary, and high-producing Graphic Designer to join PepKidz’s growing Team. This role will start out as work-from-home and then be based out of our office in Bangalore, India (post-restrictions). You’ll use your experience to create visually appealing designs that span multiple mediums. Primarily focused on creating the brand guidelines, establishing the brand aesthetic, building and managing a team, this role requires a self-starter who understands the scope of working in an early-stage startup and will also ensure a unified output from the whole team. • Create compelling graphics that follow PepKidz’s brand guidelines for traditional and digital mediums, including but not limited to, PepKidz’s curriculum, websites, social media channels, email campaigns, marketing programs, knowledgebase, training platform, presentations, videos, print material, and events

• Hire, Manage and scale the design team under your guidance and ensure the brand’s aesthetic is followed and maintained throughout different channels

• Respond quickly and work efficiently to manage incoming day-to-day graphic requests to support marketing programs including small illustrations, email headers, email body graphics, social media posts, WhatsApp posts, blog headers, handouts/flyers, print work, etc.
