We’re building something exciting in the travel tech space and looking for a senior AI Engineer to join our core engineering team in Bangalore.

Who Are You:

• 1–8 years of total software engineering experience, including at least 1 year building and shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered products in production
• Engineering degree from a top-ranked college
• Strong engineering foundation in Python or Java, with the ability to build reliable backend services, APIs, evaluation pipelines, and developer tooling around AI systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns such as RAG, tool/function calling, structured output generation, vector search, reranking, and agentic workflows
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns, including multi-step workflows, planner/executor patterns, tool routing, and guardrails
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar patterns for connecting models to internal tools, data sources, and external systems
• Strong understanding of context engineering, prompt design, and how to manage instructions, conversation state, tools, memory, and retrieved context for consistent model behavior
• Experience with evaluation and observability for AI systems: offline evals, online metrics, regression testing, trace inspection, cost/latency monitoring, and failure analysis
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where you can own problem statements end to end — from prototype to production rollout
• Must have experience using AI-native developer tools such as Claude Code / coding agents / AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery

What You’ll Do

• Build and own production-grade AI features across the stack, from experimentation and prototyping to backend integration, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement
• Design and implement agentic workflows for real user problems — combining LLM reasoning, retrieval, tool use, business rules, and backend APIs into reliable multi-step systems
• Build and optimize RAG and search systems: document ingestion, chunking strategies, embedding pipelines, vector indexes, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and citation/grounding flows
• Integrate models with internal and external systems through tool calling, APIs, and where relevant MCP-compatible interfaces, so models can safely access the right context and take useful actions
• Drive context engineering for AI products: decide what memory, instructions, retrieved context, tool outputs, and interaction history should be passed to the model at each step for maximum quality and efficiency 
• Build evaluation systems for prompts, agents, and retrieval quality — including benchmark datasets, golden test cases, automated regression checks, and human-in-the-loop review workflows
• Establish observability and debugging for AI pipelines: traces, tool execution logs, latency/cost tracking, hallucination analysis, and failure-mode investigation 
• Help define engineering standards for AI systems across security, guardrails, versioning, rollback, experimentation, and cost-performance tradeoffs

Oracle Record-to-Report (RTR) Functional Consultant

 Location : Remote

Job Description  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops for Record-to-Report (R2R) processes across General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany, and Financial Close.

• Analyze current-state financial processes and design future-state R2R flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud best practices.

• Configure Oracle Fusion modules for GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA rules, and accounting transformations including FAH-based accounting if applicable.

• Develop Business Process Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and end-to-end process documentation.

• Support chart of accounts design, financial calendar setup, ledger configuration, and reporting hierarchy definition.

• Validate R2R integration touchpoints with Procurement (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Projects (PPM), FAH, and EPM (FCCS/EPBCS).

• Collaborate with Integration teams to define and test interfaces for journals, bank statements, asset data, and intercompany transactions using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Support financial data migration including COA mapping, opening balances, asset conversion, bank configuration, and reconciliation.

• Create and execute test scenarios for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and period-close simulations.

• Validate R2R accounting accuracy across subledgers, SLA rules, FAH transformation rules, and GL postings.

• Provide functional support for cutover, period close readiness, deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Collaborate with reporting teams to validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and financial statement reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 10–15+ years of ERP experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud focused on GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA and related R2R processes.

• Strong understanding of subledger-to-ledger accounting, SLA rules, financial reporting, and multi-currency, multi-ledger environments.'

• Experience with FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub) for accounting transformations and integration with upstream systems.

• Familiarity with downstream reporting and consolidation requirements using FCCS / EPBCS. • Experience working with integrations using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and R2R reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).

• Hands-on experience with data migration, GL balances, asset conversions, and cash/bank migration.Prior experience supporting multi-region deployments (NA, EMEA, APAC) and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred Certifications: Oracle Cloud Financials (GL/FA/CM) Certification

About the Role:

•  As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining and shaping the product's quality roadmap. This position offers significant flexibility and the opportunity to take on comprehensive responsibilities across the engineering stack at Poshn.

•  You will be involved in lean experimentation to develop digital experiments that accelerate evidence-based decision- making, influencing product, business, and commercial strategies.

•  Collaborate with UX and Data Engineering teams to ensure our products and services meet critical customer needs, thereby delivering outstanding customer and business value.

•  Initiative in system improvements at both the design and implementation levels is expected as Poshn expands.

Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to grasp business objectives and convert them into quantifiable testing goals.

•  Develop and manage testing environments tailored to validate application functionalities according to the established requirements.

•  Lead comprehensive QA projects from start to finish, ensuring robust execution and adherence to project goals.

•  Craft, maintain, and execute a suite of test cases for both manual and automated testing to ensure product scalability and efficiency.

•  Perform thorough testing processes, streamline onboarding procedures for new platforms, and conduct detailed analysis to identify the root causes of issues and recommend viable solutions.

•  Assume full responsibility for the quality assurance aspects of the product, ensuring efficient communication and timely delivery of tasks.

•  Guide and mentor junior members of the QA team, setting high standards for quality and adherence to best practices in software testing.

Career Experience We'd Love to See:

•  You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in testing web and mobile applications.

•  Demonstrated ability to oversee significant QA initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring quality and compliance throughout.

•  Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Technical Experience We’d Love to See:

•  Expertise in at-least one of the test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium , Rest Assured

•  Proficient in scripting languages used in test automation such as Puppeteer, Python.

•  Experience in both manual and automated testing, with strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

•  Knowledge of CI/CD practices using bitbucket pipelines, performance and memory tuning, and security testing

•  Experience in the e-commerce & supply chain industries is highly advantageous.
