Executive Assistant to Managing Director –

This job is to support the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day work and help things run smoothly.

Location- Pune (Hadapsar)

Only Male candidates

Main work includes:

• Managing the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
• Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, and sharing important information with the MD
• Helping with VIP customers, special catering orders, and important reservations
• Writing emails, letters, reports, and presentations as instructed by the MD
• Keeping important and confidential documents safe and well-organized
• Making travel and hotel bookings for the MD and senior staff
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors (including overseas) for orders, payments, and follow-ups
• Helping the MD with new projects, store launches, and business expansion
• Following up with employees on tasks given by the MD and checking deadlines
• Helping with office, store, and outlet maintenance work
• Doing basic research and preparing information when needed
• Training new employees who work closely with the MD’s office
• 
  

Working rules:

• Work 9 hours per day as per shift
• One weekly off (any day from Monday to Sunday)
• If you work on your weekly off, you will get a compensatory off within 30 days
• Management can make changes if needed

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Expert to structure and improve websites / mobile applications usability.

The candidate should be passionate about user satisfaction and be competent in every aspect of building websites / mobile applications. Ultimately, a high- quality UI/UX Expert will be an expert in problem-solving and an innovative thinker.

UI/UX Developer Responsibilities:

• Analyse business needs and produce detailed wireframes that meet

strategic objectives 


• Researching and evaluating usability.
• Developing Innovative, interactive designs for websites / mobile applications
• Coding website / mobile applications structure (Training or POC experience in building UI/UX, Training knowledge or certification in Node Js, React Js, HTML, CSS)
• Gather and document functional requirements for upcoming web and mobile releases 

• The candidate is expected to analyse the behaviours and patterns of users to improve overall functionality.
• Optimise information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints 

• Develop user flows and personas to facilitate feature design process 


• Oversee all user-facing text to synthesise tone, language, and

messaging 


UI/UX Developer Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as UI/UX developer
• Bachelor's degree in web development or a similar field.
• Experience as a UI/UX developer
• Experience in coding website / mobile applications structure (Training or POC experience in building UI/UX, Training knowledge or certification in Node Js, React Js, HTML, CSS)
• Computer programming skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced software environment, and an ability to

execute against aggressive timelines

• Experience designing web and mobile solutions for tech platforms &
knowledge of wireframing and/or prototyping tools and methodologies 


• High energy level, enthusiastic, and eager to do what is necessary to be successful 
Highly creative and inquisitive; able to multitask effectively

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications • Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools • Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams • Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams • setting up end to end QA processes across Requirement Analysis,Test Strategy/Design and Test reporting • Participate in design and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams • Designing & implementing enterprise wide QA strategy for variety of clients including complex applications across multiple tech stacks (involving both functional and automation testing) • Planning, estimating (should be aware of robust models and how to use them) and tracking team’s work • Status reporting: Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status etc. • Mentors/guides the team on technical knowhow • Adhere to company project standards and guidelines Mandatory Skills & Experience • 10-14 years of overall testing experience and atleast 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy • Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project • Strong hands on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUIetc. • Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins • Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS • Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto • Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Webdriver IO, NightWatchJS, etc • Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool • Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc. • Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred. What You'll Do:

• You will collaborate with a UX/UI designer and other frontend and middle-tier engineers to design, prototype, and build complex cloud-based web applications.
• You will assist other developers with the integration of UI components with backend logic, interface implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Supporting the existing UI is a must, however, there will be plenty of opportunities to create solutions for advanced functionality while making improvements to existing areas of the application, as well as with new features.

• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS frameworks, and JavaScript
• Must have an excellent understanding of the browser DOM.
• Firm grasp of lexical scoping, closures, and OO JavaScript.
