We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our team, responsible for building fast, scalable, and maintainable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript,Flutter and relevant frameworks, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop responsive, mobile-first UI components and features

- Write clean, modular, and reusable code

- Collaborate with backend developers and designers to integrate APIs and design assets

- Implement accessibility and web performance optimization techniques

- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in frontend development

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Flutter)

- Experience with build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with modern frontend build tools and workflows

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead Brand Marketing, Strategy, Content and Communication for existing and new brands
• Creating Brand positioning and differentiation strategies, generating brand anticipation and planning Brand launch keeping in mind the key insights gained from customer and competitor analysis
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, category, product planning and go-to-market execution plans
• Accountable to lead marketing campaigns, content, understanding the brand well, and integrating the brand communication across all channels
• Own and drive social media presence for the brand
• Develop & conduct marketing campaigns to increase traffic & conversion
• Create & deliver ambitious growth plans for the brand's D2C platforms and take onus of D2C business delivery.
• Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook, Google etc, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic.
• Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives.
• Responsible for customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy for scaling up revenue.
• Plan and deliver on retention targets within time and budget with focus on key channels such as Email, SMS & Push Notifications.
• Work closely on increase conversions, cross-sell, and drive platform specific influencer activities, and focus on upselling to increase the customer engagement via multiple digital channels.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:

• 7-10 years business and / or marketing experience in relevant start-up/ e-commerce/ D2C/FMCG organizations handling a large brand or 2/3 independent brands.
• Experience working for multiple brands at a time
• Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic growth and brand awareness
• Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
• Experience in managing digital first brands both from width & depth point of view
• Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment
• Experience in creating end to end online customer journey

Role Responsibilities:

• Development and Maintenance of REST APIs: Lead the creation and management of our RESTful APIs, ensuring top-notch performance and alignment with evolving requirements.
• Proficiency in Coding: We're in search of expertise in Python or equivalent programming languages. Your coding skills will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality (efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable) solutions.
• Unit and Integration Testing: Apply your expertise to craft unit and integration tests, upholding code quality and reliability.
• Version Control Systems: Proficiency in Distributed Version Control Systems is vital for seamless collaboration during development.
• Elasticsearch Expertise: Having valuable experience with Elasticsearch is a plus, given its critical role in data retrieval and search functionalities.
• NOSQL Database Familiarity: Knowledge of NOSQL databases like Cassandra and MongoDB will be advantageous.
• Message Broker Knowledge: Understanding message brokers, especially RabbitMQ, is beneficial for effective communication within our systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing highly scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant backend architectures & applications for the company.
