Summary 

Bitkraft Technologies LLP is looking for Technical Leads to join our software engineering team. You will be working across the stack on cutting edge web development projects for our custom services business. 

As a Technical Lead, you should be comfortable with full stack technologies, frameworks, popular third party libraries, cloud systems and management tools. It is very crucial that you are able to manage a small to medium sized development team to manage, execute, review, deploy web and mobile projects. It is essential that you are passionate about technology and making sure projects get delivered on committed timelines with highest quality.

Essential Skills 

Frontend - Experience working with at least two of the below at an intermediate to expert level 

• Mandatory: JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS

• NodeJs 
• Python (Django/Flask/Jupyter Notebook) 
• PHP (Yii2/Wordpress/Magento)

Cloud Infrastructure - Experience working with at least one of the below at an intermediate to expert level

As a Principal Full-stack engineer, you will work across the Acceldata platform products. We’re looking for people with a strong background or inclination towards data engineering and systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces and can work at the  intersection of Databases, API's and Frontends

You will:          

• Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
• Design, build and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, and services.

You need:      

• 10+ years of significant of web-application development experience in one or more JS frameworks. You care about building better products.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and problem-solving.
• You're as comfortable writing plain JavaScript as working with modern frameworks like Angular. You've built your own controls and widgets in JavaScript. 
• You write unit tests for your JavaScript (really, you do). You've probably used Node. You have built complex JS web applications.
• Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented

Qualification

1. Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science). 
2. Or else, you should be programming from 12. For us, the latter is better as it shows you have a programming mindset. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner. :) 
3.  3-6 years of relevant work experience. 
4. Proficient understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React Js, Node.js 
5. React Hooks and Lifecycle methods: In-depth understanding is necessary
6. Redux: Should be able to create, update and manage
7. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS. 
8. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript,TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks , including jQuery, MySQL & NoSQL. 
9. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
10. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Bitbucket / SVN.
11. Experience working and building RESTful APIs.
