Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive growth within India's rapidly expanding Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. The role is responsible for acquiring new GCC customers, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the SAVEX technology portfolio across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Data, Infrastructure, Networking, Digital Workplace, and Managed Services offerings.

The ideal candidate is a proven "hunter" with strong CXO relationships across GCCs and a successful track record of delivering high-value technology solution sales.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute a strategic GCC customer acquisition plan. 
• Build a qualified pipeline of GCC opportunities across Fortune 500 and multinational organizations. 
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure. 
• Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets. 
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the SAVEX portfolio. 

GCC Relationship Management

• Build relationships with:  
• GCC Heads 
• CIOs
• CTOs
• CDOs
• CISOs
• VP Engineering
• Procurement Leaders
• Digital Transformation Leaders 
• Become a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders. 
• Conduct executive business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.

 Identify and execute branding opportunities within partner stores and online marketplaces.

Team & Operations :

 Train, mentor, and develop the sales and promoter team to enhance performance and product knowledge.
