Recent experience and understanding of the Indian business ecosystem and government initiatives is a must.

 

The candidate will be required to showcase excellent communication skills and will have demonstrated consistently the skill and capability in delivering impactful and insightful projects in the past. He/she will also be required to participate in client meetings and, during the course of a project, will be responsive to client enquiries, eventually leading the delivery engagement.

 

They will also be expected to contribute to Practice or Firm development. This may be adjudged in various ways such as serving as a mentor to other team members, by leading training/development initiatives, contributing to thought leadership papers, assisting other network firms etc.

 

Positions are with PwC’s Government and Public Service (G&PS) practice, which works

with Central & State Governments, PSUs, donor agencies etc. The position can be based in Delhi or Kolkata. However the ideal candidate should not have any constraints to travel for work related opportunities, whether domestic or internationally.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide input to team for presenting assessment and analysis findings in EA framework to stakeholder on matters related to strategy, organizations, and governance.

  • Provide support and assistance in selecting the most appropriate EA approach for detailed development with focus on increasing its effectiveness.

  • Work with team members and provide inputs in developing architecture and standards with emphasis on various aspects of EA.

  • Work with other team members to develop the broad structure of EA framework with focus on governance decisions, structures and mechanisms to primarily elevate the role and impact of enterprise architecture within government departments, and to ensure that architecture thinking permeates in the ecosystem.

Project X is seeking creatively minded, data-loving interns to join our team in our Jaipur office. Our 24+ week internship starts immediately, and will provide the opportunity to obtain unique experience at our organisation.
You’ll get your hands dirty working on real projects as a full-time member of the multidisciplinary team, while exploring all the phases of a project, from ideation to execution.
The ideal candidate is a business-savvy design thinker interested in revolutionizing industries. Business acumen is essential, as well as demonstrated passion for solving challenges.

Founded in 2020 by Tarang Sanghi, Project X is an innovation lab, based in Jaipur, RJ (India) at its stealth-startup phase.

Our lab's designed to create and launch new companies, products and services. It's invaluable in jump-starting novel ideas that can either disrupt or complement existing companies. We draw from our cross-functional expertise and collaborate to create these new offerings.

ABOUT DEPARTMENT

Insights inspire amazing work. Our strategists are entrepreneurs at heart, and hunt for true insight then use it to build world-changing brands and ventures—through positioning, planning, and brand, business and digital strategy.
We fundamentally think that when we design a new product, service, or experience, we’re simultaneously designing the broader business strategy and roadmap for future growth.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides day to day support for the strategy team such as conducting research, analyzing competitive, trendspotting, and helping to shape creative briefs.
  • Performing/compiling research on existing and potential ventures/brands.
  • Assisting with the creation of internal and external marketing materials such as case studies, briefing documents, proposals and pitch decks.
  • Design new business models, products, services, value propositions and consumer experiences that differentiate our ventures from our competition.
  • Design organizational structures, strategic assets, and operating models to help our ventures drive their own innovation.
  • Be part of designing, iterating and scaling a new venture that creates new income potential for the business.
  • Develop financial models demonstrating the feasibility of recommendations.
  • Craft impeccable business plans / proposals taking into account all the aspects of a business including but not limited to -- Business Modeling, Business Strategy, Marketing, Manpower, Funding & Finance, Sales etc.
  • Collaborate closely with team members across disciplines.
Note: Other responsibilities may be assigned, based on your capability and skill-set.

Requirements
  • YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- Fresher / Some relevant Experience would be an added advantage
  • EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION- Bachelors/ Masters Degree/ Diploma/ Certification in Business / Finance / Technology / Design Strategy / Marketing or other relevant fields.
  • SOFTWARE & APPLICATION- MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint / Google Sheets, Docs.
