Role Overview :

Seeking a Senior System Administrator with strong experience in server administration, virtualization, automation, and hybrid infrastructure. The role involves managing Windows environments, scripting, cloud/on-prem operations, and ensuring 24x7 system availability.

Mandatory Skills :

Windows Server, Virtualization (Citrix/VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V), Office 365, Intune, PowerShell, Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD, Hybrid Cloud (Azure), Monitoring, Backup, NOC, DCO.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage physical/virtual Windows servers and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform/Ansible.
• Administer Office 365, Intune, and ensure compliance.
• Support hybrid on-prem + Azure environments.
• Handle monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Collaborate on DevOps pipelines and write automation scripts (PowerShell).

Nice to Have :

MCSA/MCSE/RHCE, Azure admin experience, team leadership background

• Engage with inbound & outbound leads to identify business needs and pain points
• Recommend MyOperator solutions and drive revenue through consultative selling
• Conduct discovery calls and schedule product demos with key decision-makers
• Maintain structured lead pipelines using CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce)
• Work closely with sales, marketing & product teams to improve outreach strategies
• Keep track of industry trends and identify new opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Automation Testers

Looking for Automation Testing experts, with at least 5 years for experience in Automation Testing with strong experience in Selenium, Java and SOAP UI.

•       Experience: 5–12 Years

•       Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Cochin

Experience:

·      5+ years in Selenium automation tool with Java is must with good communication skills

·      Knowledge and hands on in Automation Framework definition and creation

·      Identifying the test cases that are candidates for Automation

·      Automation Test scripting using Selenium & TestNG

·      Automation Test Execution and Test Result Analysis

·      Maintenance of test scripts

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain WinForms applications.

 Knowledge of .NET languages including C#, & Winforms is Mandatory.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new

features.

 Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using C# and ASP.NET.

 Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including writing complex

queries and stored procedures.

 Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

Qualifications:
