What Does The Job Actually Involve?

Lead the QA process for our India studio
-
Working with stakeholders and heads of department to ensure priorities are understood and expectations set for game releases and updates

Training and Mentoring the QA testers, improving all aspects of their understanding

Building test plans and test strategies
-
Vetting and ensuring high quality bug reports including: a detailed description, accurate reproduction steps and severity rating, etc.

Working with Designers, Artists, and Programmers to improve the overall experience by suggesting improvements and changes

Offering constant feedback to ensure our games achieve their potential
Your Hard Skills
-
At least 4.5 years of experience of “hands-on” bug reporting within the mobile games industry having lead a team for at least one year
-
Experience testing server dependant applications and writing test plans
-
Experience in vetting bugs, managing databases, etc
-
A methodical, scientific and analytical mindset
-
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Knowledge of the mobile, PC and Console landscape in terms of hardware and software

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

Work as a member of the team assigned to a project for testing specific video game titles
-
Testing all our games to find issues in them before release
-
Identify and produce high quality bug reports including: a detailed description, accurate reproduction steps and severity rating, etc.

Documenting the issues into a bug database and assigning them to the relevant member of the development team as well as working with them to ensure the problem is solved.

Working with Designers, Artists, and Programmers to improve the overall experience by suggesting improvements and changes
Your Hard Skills

At least 1 year of experience of “hands-on” testing on any one of the (PC, Mobile, Consoles) platforms

Strong critical thinking - ability to identify issues and bugs in games

Excellent (English) communication skills - ability to describe identified issues in clear and concise manner

Experience testing server dependant applications

A methodical, scientific and analytical mindset

Knowledge of the PC, Console and Mobile Platforms in terms of hardware and software

Help / assist Test Leads in delivering successful QA projects

Write, manage and update test strategies with the Test Lead

Be the main project POC in the absence of leads

Works in IT Sector, Backend and Frontend Developers, 6 Days
you will be responsible for planning and implementing game functionality, building the game
code, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. You may also be
required to build patches and install game updates.
Note: This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various
gaming technologies preferable "Online Card Games".

As a Build and Release Engineer you will maintain a robust and reliable farm of Build Servers that continuously provide builds from our latest games/prototypes to the whole company.

What you will really be doing
- Continuously monitor the build servers and proactively solve developer problems.
- Work closely with QA and Design to improve processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation of the build/release process.
- Cooperate with outside developers to integrate with our internal build and QA processes.
- Make sure thousands of builds a month work smoothly.
