QA Android App Automation Testing with Business Analysis (BA) Experience (Total 2-4 Year) JOB DESCRIPTION A strong QA Professional with Android App Automation testing, Website automation testing with business analysis (BA) experience who is very energetic, enthusiastic, committed, motivated, open minded and flexible to work in a Startup environment with essential tools, technologies and techniques which are required for a QA and BA.   At times, this position may require additional roles to perform such as Market / Research Analyst, Facilitator, and ad-hoc help with an open mindset. Responsibilities & Primary Skills: Quality Analyst (QA): Will closely work with Development team for test cases, test case scenarios, test scripts, and UAT support. Excellent mobile Android App Testing skills (Both Manual and Automation) with at least 1 year experience with automation tools such as Appium, Robotium, UI automaor, etc. Strong website automation testing (At least 1 year) using selenium or similar tools. Business Analyst (BA): Will closely work with another Business Analyst and/or team for requirement elicitation, prepare various documents, diagrams, flows/charts. Excellent knowledge in gathering, analyzing and documenting the requirements efficiently and effectively. Self-motivator. Facilitate the meetings (Brain Storming, Deep dive, debating) with all relevant stake holders for clear, concise requirements, and scope. Explore the ideas in different areas. Prepare BRD, FSD, Mind maps, Wire Frames, Use Cases, UML diagrams, Business Case Analysis, and any relevant documents. Quick in understanding and preparing various documents. Excellent communication skills, language skills in English. Decent Hindi, Telugu languages knowledge are a plus. Excellent presentation skills (seminars, PowerPoint presentations, MS Office) Pleasant personality and professional mindset Secondary Skills/Desirable skills: Report making – knowledge of reporting tools in the market Basic knowledge of testing and SQL. Help team (Development & Testing) to understand the requirements. Info that is required to do a market, competitor and SWOT analysis Experience: At least 1 year in Android App Testing, 1 year in Business Analysis. Over all 2-4 years. Previous experience working for a startup would be an advantage. Project tracking tools – Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and waterfall methods. Education: Bachelor's degree (with MBA preferred). Compensation: Total CTC will be 2-4 Lakhs/Year depends on the experience, skill, knowledge and mindset.

Our primary development center is in Hyderabad- (Financial District).- Thrymr is also in Singapore, Hamburg (Germany) and Amsterdam (Netherlands). Responsibilities :- Create comprehensive test plans with well defined, reusable test cases from business requirements and functional specifications documents.- Execute software testing to include functional testing, system testing, regression testing, and performance testing- Record and maintain automated test script libraries for functional regression testing for assigned applications; maintain and improve existing automated tests, and adding new ones as appropriate- Document software defects in an issues tracking system and proactively communicate issues with developers and other project team members- Participate in business requirements and functional specifications reviews early in the software development lifecycle process- Ensure the timeline for quality assurance and testing is optimizedMust Haves:- BE / B.Tech / BCA / ME / M.Tech / MCA degree- 1+ years working experience in Manual and Automation testing- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test casesDesirable Skills :- ISTQB certifications- Due to the technical nature of the role, having a strong understanding of one or more querying languages, such as SQL, and programming languages, such as C, JAVA, would be advantageous.-Experience with performance, load testing, and security testing- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing- Experience working in continuous integration and the continuous delivery environment.Happy go lucky attitude!
