Roles and responsibilities of this role would include the below:
-Strong hold on hiring for roles like-
-Core requirement for a Recruiter is their ability to really understand what each role entails, educate themselves on the domain, discuss key assessment metrics and screen candidates in line with pre-agreed questions as discussed with hiring managers.
-Should be able to hire across levels for domains like Product, Design, UI, UX, Data analytics, Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Customer Retention Marketing, Growth & Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content & Copywriting, Social Media Marketing, Community Marketing. Tech hiring a plus.
-Occasional hiring for HR, Finance, Customer Relations, Business Operations.
-Well versed with Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, updazz, and other job boards.
-Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, using job sites, social network and personal network.
-Strategic sourcing and ensuring minimal TAT

Qualifications
2-5 years of Software Engineering experience in Node.js and React.
Proven experience in architecting performant, complex application on web or mobile applications.
Knowledge of end to end Software development life cycle.
Ability to work individually or in teams and mentor new developers to the team.
Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms and design patterns.
A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation
- To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.
- To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a
daily/weekly basis.
- To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your
periphery.
- To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.
- To facilitate cross-functional communications among project stakeholders.
- To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.
- To look after the grievances and claims arising from time to time maintaining proper
coordination with the company.
- To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.
● Design, build and maintain efficient, understandable, reusable, testable, and simple code
with a focus on stability, performance, and scalability.
● Building end-to-end product features from writing backend business logic, API services,
building administration dashboards, and implementing front-end pages/components.
● Being part of cross-team technical initiatives, bringing in new tools and technologies to
improve and optimize the existing platform and code.
● Be a mentor when you have the expertise / Be a student when someone else does.
Preferred Skills:
● Proven work experience as a Front-end developer with React.js.
● In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, and front-end languages
● Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, Flux, etc.
● Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
● Understanding of layout aesthetics
● In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
● Knowledge of backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Django. Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
● Knowledge in Linux environment and basic Linux commands.
● Good understanding of SQL Databases and NoSQL datastores; with previous experience with MySQL and ElasticSearch being a bonus
● Great communication, particularly in explaining your coding processes, suggestions for best practices, and identifying ways to improve the team's coding quality.
● A high-performance mindset to deliver good quality code and also an understanding of the product with keen attention to detail.
* Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
