Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to work directly with our Founder. This role will give you a front-row seat to how client relationships are built, how pitches are crafted, and how an agency grows. As an intern, you’ll primarily assist in day-to-day tasks, research, documentation, and coordination—while learning the ropes of business development first-hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
• Conduct basic research on industries, brands, and competitors as required.
• Support the Founder in client meetings by taking notes, tracking action points, and following up.
• Help maintain documentation, reports, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for pitches and proposals.
• Learn and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Strong Junior BDR / SDR profiles.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ years of experience as a BDR / SDR in a B2B SaaS company, with exposure to outbound sales processes

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on cold calling experience targeting North American (US/Canada) markets, including lead qualification and discovery conversations

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have prior experience working in small or lean teams (1–10 members), with high ownership and minimal hand-holding

Mandatory (Experience 4): Overall experience should not exceed 4–5 years; role is open only for junior profiles with strong execution capability

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must demonstrate career or education spikes, such as fast promotions, leadership initiatives, consistent performance, or standout achievements

Mandatory (Skills): Must possess strong verbal communication skills, confidence on calls, objection handling ability, and a structured approach to outbound sales

Mandatory (Company): Experience only from B2B SaaS companies

Primary Skills : 

● 2+ year of experience developing React Native / Android applications.

● Excellent command over React Native ecosystem, Android Native SDKs, and third-party

SDKs.

● Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including TypeScript, ES6+ syntax

and tooling.

● Good knowledge and application of algorithms and data structures with space and time

complexities

● Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code with unit tests.

● Familiarity with native build tools like Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ)

● Follow Industry Coding standards & be responsible for writing maintainable/

scalable/efficient code to solve business problems.

● Knowledge of object-oriented programming

React Native, Typescipt/JavaScript, Redux and optionally Android

What you can expect as a Senior Frontend Engineer at HappyFox:

• You are self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and build the team in development
• Participate in the technical design of projects we made for our Clients
• Supervise and write efficient and reliable code; use best practices with our team
• Organize and participate code reviews
• Setup unit and integration tests
• Architecture and design of reusable server components
• Developing high performing REST APIs for application functionality
• Develop and maintain scalable server architecture serving millions of users every day.

Must Have Skill Sets :

• Should have 5+ years of experience in Mobile/web server and application development
• Mandatory: Strong development skills in Python ,Node.js, Typescript, Django Rest Framework, Linux, MongoDB
• Experience with client technologies like JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, bootstrap, Angulars, React, Android App a plus
• Strong knowledge of data structures and computer fundamentals
• An ability to refract and understand large and separate code bases
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Forward-looking on potential technology choices
• Experience in building highly scalable, reliable systems
• Team handling experience.
