Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code with full-stack development in PHP.
• Roll out new features and analyze (and react) to the results you discover from our system services and user feedback
• Optimize existing functionality for improved response times
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, unit test, and support new features
• Searching creatively for the best solution while building for the end-user
• Consistently deliver readable, maintainable, and efficient code
• Performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability, and automation
• Participate actively in Scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
• Rapidly mockup-proof-of-concept implementation of ideas and present them to internal stakeholders
• Stay informed of new tools, libraries, and best practices and share ideas with the team for continuous improvement of the toolchain and development process
• Support, maintain, and help document software functionality
• Work with other departments, stakeholders, and customers on software development, improvements, internal tools, and implementation issues

Basic Requirements:

• 5+ years of programming experience in developing web apps. Experience in developing mobile apps would be a bonus.
• Front-end development with technologies such as Javascript, Typescript, VueJS, CSS, Bootstrap, etc
• Strong knowledge of database modeling and design in RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Strong experience in API design, API Security, API Documentation and REST, GraphQL-based services
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture would be a bonus
• Have a self-directed work ethic with attention to detail and good communication skills
• API Integration and extension development for 3rd party applications e.g. Facebook, Google, etc

What You'll Do

 Troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues raised by internal and external users.

 Working with Monitoring tools like Prometheus / Nagios / Zabbix.

 Developing automation in one or more technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Puppet, Chef will be preferred.

 Monitor infrastructure alerts and take proactive action to avoid downtime and customer impacts.

 Working closely with the cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

 Test, build, design, deployment, and ability to maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery process using tools like Jenkins, maven Git, etc.

 Work in close coordination with the development and operations team such that the application is in line with performance according to the customer's expectations.

What you should have

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or any related field.

 3 - 6 years of experience in Linux / Unix, cloud computing techniques.

 Familiar with working on cloud and datacenter for enterprise customers.

 Hands-on experience on Linux / Windows / Mac OS’s and Batch/Apple/Bash scripting.

 Experience with various databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL.

 Familiar with AWS technologies like EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.

 Must know how to choose the best tools and technologies which best fit the business needs.

 Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD processes using tools like Git, GitHub, Jenkins etc.

 Excellent organizational skills to adapt to a constantly changing technical environment

Skills & Requirement:

• Create a brand and positioning strategy for the company. Own key P&L goals including TVL, User acquisition, and # users across multiple chains
• Segmentation, targeting, and acquisition strategies across user segments and channels
• Design and implement company brand strategy on social media, including Twitter, Discord, Medium, and Telegram
• Build and execute communications campaigns across different Proof of Staking chains that tell the company story to multiple audiences
• Work with influencers, community to expand the audience and widen the reach of the company
• Design community development and engagement strategies. Manage community managers and implement community strategy

Essential Skills & experience:

• Goal-driven, Structured thinker and Operator
• Experience with Community building across social media
• 1-3 years in growth marketing or product marketing, preferably with experience in the blockchain/cryptocurrency space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Multiple languages is a plus.
• Prior community management experience is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• You will be the main source of knowledge on everything “front end” related and guide the team to make correct technical decisions to ensure the speed and scale of the solutions deployed.
• Collaborate daily with back-end developers and web designers to improve the usability

• You will be responsible for the performance, security, scalability, reusability and quality of the applications under you. You will collaborate with senior engineering managers/architects to refine & improve your solutions. You will cascade the same culture across the team by supporting and mentoring team members, helping build truly scalable applications
• You will need to collaborate closely with product managers, designers and business stakeholders to achieve predictable results at a rapid pace. 
• You will be able to handle competing priorities and chart the best course of action for yourself and your team members ensuring blockers are removed
• You will help in attracting and evaluating tech talent to help build the engineering brand of the organization.

Desired background & skills

• 3-9 years of experience as an engineer at top tier digital product companies across consumer or SMB. 
• 3+ years of experience in working on front end JS frameworks like React/Angular/Vue
• Excellent knowledge of working with responsive and adaptive designs. Expert in HTML5, JAVAScript, JQuery & CSS. Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Experience of design collaboration tools such as Zeplin, Figma, XD, Invision. 
• Bonus if either you’re a full stack developer with knowledge of the back end or have experience with cross-platform mobile technologies such as React Native or Flutter.
• You have strong problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms.

•  6+ years of web UI development experience including 4+ years of deep, hands on experience in building robust, highly reusable and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS3, SVG, React, Redux, Thunk ecosystem
• Great problem-solving skills with solid data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Strong ability to translate the design/wireframes into reusable micro components
• Experience of leading, coaching and mentoring junior developers with good delegation and time-management skills
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles and has extensively worked with Redux, Thunk, Axios etc
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, Oauth2 etc
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• A knack for perfection, benchmarking and optimization
• Writing and maintaining batch jobs to streamline processes (Shell, Perl etc).
