Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead functional activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations and support engagements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion PPM solutions.
• Configure and maintain PPM modules based on business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend standard Oracle solutions while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
• Configure project structures, templates, project types, classifications, organizations, roles, and task structures.
• Configure project budgeting, forecasting, financial plans, baselines, estimates, commitments, and actuals.
• Support Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Management, and Resource Management processes.
• Analyze integration points between PPM and AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Payroll.
• Work with technical teams on RICE requirements and provide functional specifications.
• Review and validate reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions from a functional perspective.
• Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, and functional unit testing.
• Support FBDI/ADFDI-based data migration activities and validate migrated data.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, interface errors, ESS jobs, and integration failures.
• Raise, manage, and follow up on Oracle Support SRs where required.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Conduct end-user training and support business users during implementation and post-go-live.
• Provide production support and ensure timely resolution of PPM-related issues.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and other Oracle functional consultants.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant with 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM and strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance/EAM.

The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered at least one full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation covering Maintenance/Asset Management and will be comfortable independently leading workshops, conducting fit-gap analysis, configuring solutions, managing testing, and supporting cutover activities.

The candidate should also have strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Maintenance-related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Skills:

• 8-10+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with hands-on Maintenance/EAM configuration (asset hierarchies, work definitions, PM schedules, work orders)
• Working knowledge of Inventory Management as it touches maintenance/repair (sub inventories, transfer orders, issue-return transactions)
• At least 1 full-lifecycle implementation covering Maintenance/Asset Management scope
• Experience with integrations (inbound and outbound) from the Maintenance module is important
• Comfortable owning workshops, fit-gap, config, testing, and cutover with minimal oversight
• Ability to produce client-ready deliverables and present directly to stakeholders

• Secondary Skills:
• Complete working knowledge of the Manufacturing module
• Awareness of Cost Management module as a whole — including maintenance work order costing and manufacturing work order costing

• Be a driving force in assembling the resources necessary to ship high-impact products and features, and facilitate communication throughout the development process.
• Work with the release process and support teams to ensure that the product is released successfully and any issues in production are resolved quickly.
• Measure and analyse the success of a product or feature using internal tools as well as tools like Google Analytics
• Efficiently manage agile development of the product.
• Contribute to the product's 'Go To Market' Strategy.

Skills required :

• Strong familiarity with product development, user flows and UI experience.
• Proven ability to successfully manage all phases of the product development lifecycle.
• Expertise with web/mobile analytic tools.
• Excellent organizational, statistical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, written and oral presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of agile management (Scrum).
• Ability to break the ground through research and data analysis.
• Good collaboration, design thinking and presentation skills.
• Affinity to marketing.
• Preferred experience in product development as an engineer
• Preferred experience in a product company
• Experience in building or working with an early-stage tech product startup would be a plus.
• Excellent organizational, statistical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, written and oral presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/Payments will be added advantage.
