React Native Developer (Full-Time)

📍Work from Office – Malad, Mumbai

We are hiring a React Native Developer for Websites.co.in, a platform used by millions of businesses to create their websites in minutes. You will build and improve our mobile experience used by small business owners globally.

Your role:

• Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native
• Implement clean, reusable components and UI screens
• Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data efficiently
• Work on app performance, loading speed, and smooth UX
• Debug issues, fix crashes, and improve app stability
• Collaborate with product, backend, and QA teams to ship features
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and release cycles

What we expect:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of professional iOS development experience—at least 2 years in Swift and

modern iOS architectures (MVVM/MVI, modular apps, SwiftUI).

• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Xcode Cloud, Bitrise, CircleCI, or Jenkins).

• Hands-on expertise with Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote

Config) and Apple’s analytics tools.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, networking (URLSession, Alamofire), and secure data

storage.

• Experience with mobile app distribution (TestFlight, App Store Connect) and beta/

release workflows.

• Solid grasp of unit testing (XCTest), UI automation, code review, and collaborative

development.

• Clear communicator and effective team player.

• Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated domains is a plus.

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of cross-platform mobile frameworks (Flutter, React Native).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and mobile DevOps.

• Skills in mobile analytics, A/B testing, and user growth optimization.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and internationalization/localization.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in iOS development with a strong portfolio of released applications that can be shared for review.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.

o Solid understanding of object-oriented programming

o Knowledge of memory management and multi-threading

o Experience with embedded databases and other system data stores

o Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics.

o Good  knowledge of performance limits and characteristics

o Good sense of UI design execution principles

o Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries to connect to backend services.

o Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and VIPER.

o Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

o Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

o Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests, benchmarking and optimization 

o Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.

•Strong in Android, Kotlin, and MVVM architectural pattern

•Great understanding of Coroutines, Memory management, and App performance

•Solid understandings of Connectivity - BLE, WiFi

•Unit and Instrumentation testing knowledge in Espresso, JUnit4 or JUnit5, and Mockito/MockK libraries

•Experience in Dependency Injection - Hilt, Dagger2

•Good knowledge in screen navigation using Navigation APIs

•Good to have knowledge in Jetpack Compose

What does the core role include?

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance
• Designing stateless components in React Native
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Working with the developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps
• Working with the developers to build the interface with a focus on usability features

• Strong understanding of JavaScript ecosystem
• Hands on experience on Android in creating Hybrid / Native applications
• Demonstrable UI/UX experience on a large-scale app.
• Thorough understanding of React Native development tools like IDEs (Nuclide, Atom, Sublime Text, or Visual
• Good knowledge of JS frameworks like ReactJS is a plus.

• Design and Build advanced applications for the Android.

Qualifications

1. Motivation to design and build reliable, elegant apps
