Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth research on For-ex and Com-ex markets, staying abreast of global economic trends, geopolitical events, and commodity market movements.
• Analyze and interpret financial data, charts, and indicators to identify potential trading opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict market trends and movements.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key market insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Assess and analyze the risk associated with potential market movements and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure compliance with established risk parameters.
• Stay informed about relevant news, economic indicators, and geopolitical events that may impact For-ex and Com-ex markets.
• Provide real-time updates on significant market developments.

Requirements :

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• NISM - RA certification
• Should have CMT (Level 1/ Level 2/ Level 3) Certification.
• Proven experience (Min. 1 yr) as a Research Analyst in Forex and Comex markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• In-depth knowledge of trading platforms and market analysis tools.

Designation : International Sales Specialist (Financial Sales)

Nature : On-site, Permanent - Indore [M.P.]

Package :3 LPA- 4.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

• Client outreaching and conversion through calls, chats and mail.
• Engage potential clients and convert them into active trading clients.
• Assist clients in identifying the ideal service combination for revenue generation.
• Establish and maintain long term client relationships.
• Educate clients on trading basics, company services, market risks, and recommend strategies based on their risk profile.
• Assist clients with account setup, KYC, and onboarding on trading platforms (MT4/MT5), ensuring smooth and timely activation.

Qualifications :

• Fluent English Communication.(verbal and written)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree. (must have )
• Sales or direct client interaction internship experience for freshers.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales/direct client interaction profile for experienced applicants.
• Knowledge of the Domestic and Global Financial Market. (Forex & Comex)
• Should be a driven, goal-oriented and active team player with exceptional relationship management skills.
• Experience in International Sales, Marketing and Financial Services will be preferred.

• Experience in Business analytics, well versed with sales/marketing analytical tools.
• Experience in business consulting is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, client communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis, and project management.
• Good in Business Development, Marketing Operations, Sales, Product Management, Competitive Analysis, Market Research.  
• Experience in project management is a plus.                                          

• Regular at maintaining a timesheet.                             
• Will need to develop proficiency in Hubspot, Asana, Google Documents.
• Proficient in Analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).    
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Google docs.           
• Excellent business communication and writing skills.                     
• Excellent at web research and educating one-self about different topics.
• High aptitude in managerial skills.
