WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead in the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions, ensuring the highest standards in all aspects of software development.
• Design and implement high-quality, test-driven, scalable backend code for various client projects using TypeScript and Nest.js Develop and maintain APIs to support consuming teams.
• Work closely with frontend teams to optimize REST API integrations, ensuring efficient data fetching and caching strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation, implement and follow best practices for development workflow.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and other teams to ensure the successful delivery of significant software projects, coordinating resources and managing timelines for smooth project execution.
• Efficiently prioritizes and plans complex tasks, and influences a respectful, inclusive work environment, fostering continuous learning and growthContribute innovative ideas to ensure we deliver the best solutions for our clients.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal communication) is required.
• Experience working with remote teams in North America and Latin America, ensuring smooth collaboration across time zones.
• Deep expertise with Typescript and NestJs framework.
• Experience with authentication workflows and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT)Experience with testing frameworks and best practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and e2e testing.
• Solid understanding of web technologies in general.
• Solid understanding of backend design patterns.
• Experience with designing applications that use and consume databases (SQL, ORM, etc).
• Extensive experience with building and maintaining versioned APIs Strong knowledge of GCP or other equivalent cloud platforms.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical

experience (or) degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics,

Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science)

● 3+ years experience with data analysis and metrics development

● 3+ years experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining

recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders

● 2+ years experience writing SQL queries

● 2+ years experience scripting in Python

● Demonstrated curiosity in and excitement for Web3/blockchain technologies

● Interested in learning new technologies to solve customer needs with lots of creative freedom

● Strong communication skills and business acumen

● Self-starter, motivated by an interest for developing the best possible solutions to problems

● Experience with Google Cloud - Bigquery, DataBricks stack, DBT, Tableu, Jupyter is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and handle callback requests
• Conduct WhatsApp and Email conversations with leads professionally
• Clearly explain Bhanzu’s courses and USPs to parents/students
• Convince potential customers to book and attend trial classes
• Accurately update and manage lead data in the CRM
• Collaborate with team members to optimize the lead conversion journey

Design, develop and maintain web-based services and applications using .Net Core/ASP.Net, C#, REST Web API, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Dapper.  Developing highly optimized cross-browser and responsive web applications using HTML5, and CSS.  Manage the full technical life-cycle of web applications during each development phase including functional & technical design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.  Developing high standard Web Applications based on functional requirements, UI/UX requirements, business logic and Web APIs.  Designing database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions to store and retrieve data most efficiently from SQL database.  Writing bug-free code with the highest coding standard.  Developing high-performance, highly secure and highly scalable Web Application.  Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability of the software.  Manage source code check-in, checkout, and merging code.  Taking accountability and the ability to work under pressure

Hands-on experience o of using Angular with version 7 or later o in consuming complex nested API. o in using state management (e.g. NGRX, RXJS). o in using caching. o of using component library framework integration (e.g. Angular Material). o in integrating with REST web services from the application.
