Role Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Peoplesoft lead to join a small dynamic team to build websites for internal and external customers. Creativity and speed of delivery are essential to our success and so candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• 6+ years in PeopleSoft technical
• Should have worked in offshore development and good understanding of offshore delivery Model
• Should have the ability to work on individual assignments with minimal information and guidance from onsite coordinator and offshore lead
• Should have experience in Impact Analysis, troubleshoot code and debugging of PeopleSoft Technologies
• Should have worked on all phases of development, testing, production support, etc.
• Should have experience in Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
• Should have good communication skills - verbal & written
• Should manage scope and project expectations effectively on individual assignments

Educational Qualification

BE/BTech CSE/IT. Master’s Degree is a plus

We are establishing infrastructure for internal and external reporting using Tableau and are looking for someone with experience building visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and using Tableau Server to deliver them to internal and external users. 

Required Experience 

• Implementation of interactive visualizations using Tableau Desktop  
• Integration with Tableau Server and support of production dashboards and embedded reports with it 

• Writing and optimization of SQL queries  
• Proficient in Python including the use of Pandas and numpy libraries to perform data exploration and analysis 
• 3  years of experience working as a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer

Job Description- -

Candidates will contribute towards achieving Sales Target of the region & implementing sales promotional strategies of that particular region. -Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on a daily basis including follow up sessions. - Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales through face to face home demos. - Ability to work under challenging work environment. - Ability to work well in a team. - Fast-learner and self-motivated. - BYOD (Bring your own device) to work (reimbursed as per policy)

Qualification :-

Graduate with minimum 6 months to 4 years of sales experience.
B2C sales experience will be advantage.
