📝 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction In-Charge (AM level) to lead our substation construction projects. The candidate should have solid experience working on 765 KV substation infrastructure, with a strong background in civil engineering and field execution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for the 765 KV substation project.
• Ensure project execution as per the design, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and procurement for seamless operations.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• Supervise civil activities including foundations, equipment installation platforms, and control rooms.
• Handle site safety, material management, labor coordination, and cost control.
• Ensure statutory, environmental, and safety compliance at all times.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in substation construction, particularly at the 765 KV level.
• Strong knowledge of electrical substations, civil construction methods, and safety practices.
• Experience managing contractors and leading multidisciplinary site teams.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage large-scale utility projects.
