We are looking to connect with an experienced, skilled and motivated product designer for the lead role at BitClass, Bengaluru.
BitClass operates in the domain of live education by enabling teachers in setting up, selling, managing and delivering their live classes, all in one place. Responsibilities
- Understand the experience brief communicated by the product team
- Identify and transcribe the customer requirements into user stories, workflows and wireframes very early on in the project lifecycle
- Receive feedback and make the product evolve based on feedback and your personal assessment of such feedback
- Receive feedback and discuss when needed if you feel there is something more/better/different that can be done
- Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes the team and client can interact with and test
- Identify and correct UI and UX issues/bugs
- Be the lighthouse of the team in terms of UX and UI best-practices
- Deliver designs catered to each stage of the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the dev team
- Run tests and maintenance actions
- Deliver and adapt swiftly
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in app design both UX & UI
- Sharp eye for functional and efficient UX
- Ability to do design walkthrough with the client and PM
- Experience with tools such as Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Abstract
- Understand platform design guidelines and follow them in designs

As a core member fo the team, you will design, build and own complex systems that will provide a personalised and unique experience to the entire audience of BitClass. The role involves engineering and building interest cloud of users and serving them meaningful content based on a highly-tuned and robust recommendation engine.
Responsibilities and requirements
- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
- Hands-on with Elasticsearch and its capabilities to build indices and serve recommendations
- Familiarity with building async pipeline to keep indexing data into Elasticsearch
- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements

React.jsBitClass, a VC funded startup in edtech, is looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.
Responsibilities
- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
- Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
