We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Manage and optimize website content for SEO and user experience
• Monitor and report on performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics
• Plan and execute email marketing and newsletter campaigns
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling creatives and copies
• Manage and grow social media presence by creating engaging posts and strategies
• Run PPC ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and analyze ROI
• Research market trends and competitors
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (internships count)
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email campaigns
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
• Good understanding of digital metrics and KPIs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

1. Campaign Development: Creating and launching marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search, display, and affiliate marketing.

2. Targeting and Segmentation: Identifying and targeting specific audience segments to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

3. Ad Optimization: Continuously monitoring and optimizing ad performance, including ad copy, images, targeting, and bidding strategies.

4. Budget Management: Managing and allocating marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

5. Data Analysis: Analyzing campaign data and metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future marketing strategies.

6. A/B Testing: Conducting A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign elements, such as ad creative, landing pages, and email subject lines.

7. Conversion Rate Optimization: Optimizing landing pages, websites, and other digital assets to improve conversion rates and user experience.

8. Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Analysis: Measuring and analyzing ROAS to ensure that marketing campaigns are generating a positive return on investment.

9. Cross-Channel Marketing: Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search.

10. Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives and goals.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Assist the Security Manager in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.

·       Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits.

Qualifications and skills:

• Strong experience in building UI and Backend process, APIs using PHP and CI technology stack
• Excellent knowledge and experience of CodeIgniter CI
• Good core knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Bootstrap

• Good experience in the build and deployment process

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Laravel, and CodeIgniter.

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.

• Ensure availability of all the tools and resources before initiating a project.
• Prepare and maintain timelines for the effective tracking and completion of the project.
• Delegate to internal resources and vendors effectively, and track progress ensuring the project runs on schedule.
• Coordinate with all the internal and external stakeholders for information, approvals, resolving issues, status updates, answering queries etc. While maintaining transparent communication.

• Maintain timesheet logs for all the resources.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
• Analyze and Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues ensuring the project stays on time and on budget.

• YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- 5+ Years of relevant experience managing Digital / IT Projects.
• EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS** - We prioritize skills over degrees but Bachelors/ Masters degree/ diploma/ certification in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or other relevant fields is a plus. Additional Project Management certifications like PMP/ PMI / PRINCE2 are highly desired.
• SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office, and strong experience with project management software like Jira, MS Projects, Click Up, Asana, Wrike, Basecamp etc.
