Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Support Executive to join our support team. The role involves providing technical and operational support to schools using School Chimes, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth product functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide backend and remote support to schools and educational institutions using School Chimes.
• Respond promptly to client queries through calls, emails, or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve basic software or operational issues efficiently.
• Escalate technical issues to the development team when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Assist in user onboarding, setup, and basic training for new clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT or Computer Science preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English.

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, with strong ownership of end-to-end data pipeline development.
