Technical Project Manager

Strong in Video Editor (Digital Content / Social Media / Lifestyle Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, working on digital content for social media or digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event clips, product/lifestyle content).

Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have strong practical skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, capable of turning raw footage into clean, engaging, and brand-consistent videos.

Mandatory (Experience 3):Experience in editing both short-form and long-form content, with attention to flow, timing, clarity, and storytelling across various digital formats

Mandatory (Skill 1):Strong understanding of pacing, sequencing, and narrative construction in videos, with ability to rework and refine edits based on feedback.

Mandatory (Skill 2):Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality videos in a fast-paced daily content environment.

Mandatory (Portfolio):Must showcase 2-3 video projects or content pieces demonstrating strong storytelling, technical editing skills, and adaptability to different formats/platforms.

Key aspects of this role:

• Maintain, update, and enhance ITSM environment including Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals, SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations

• Participate in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.

• Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform. Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.

To be the right fit, you will need:

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

• Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.

• Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog), PPM/ITBM

• Understanding of IT and business requirements with ability to develop, test, deploy improvements, and update Manage and administer lists, filters, forms, platform interfaces (to other data sources) and the data within tables, import sets and the CMDB.

• Preferably certified in ServiceNow

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee new product and enhancements' design process, ensuring

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design vision with business goals and technical constraints.

• Strategically plan and create visual aids like wireframes, storyboards,

• Showcase great UX and UI solutions, having worked on initiatives end to end from Product Discovery to continuous improvements.

• Provide feedback on existing or newly developed user experiences to the engineering team.

• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our digital products.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Take ownership of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results on time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or any other design-related field of study.

• 10+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio

showcasing your work.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills and experience in creating design systems and components.

• Experience with responsive design and an understanding of the nuances of designing for various devices and platforms.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Demonstrate high proficiency in Figma, encompassing component creation and management, prototyping, and collaboration features, along with excellent visual design skills and a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions and work collaboratively with non-design stakeholders.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively with a passion for creating user-centric solutions which will require high level of creativity and initiative to bring innovative ideas to the table.
