Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement behavioral and cognitive assessment frameworks for role fitment and candidate potential.
• Create and manage psychometric and behavioral tests to evaluate competencies, personality, decision-making, and workplace behavior.
• Use data and psychological tools to measure and improve cultural fit and reduce hiring bias.
• Enhance candidate experience by integrating empathy and human-centric communication into the hiring journey.
• Drive initiatives to increase offer acceptances and reduce drop-offs by studying candidate motivations and triggers.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions based on both behavioral insights and business needs.
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion by designing unbiased, inclusive evaluation frameworks and interview strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Organizational Psychology, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, or Behavioral Science.
• 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Strategy with strong expertise in psychology-based assessments.
• Skilled in psychometric testing, behavioral interviews, candidate profiling, and evaluation techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of human behavior, workplace dynamics, and team building.
• Bonus: Experience working with international or creative teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 on-site or on-call support;
• Responsible for health-check, continuous L1 and L2 support and rectification for mission critical Web-based applications;
