Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Support API integrations, data mapping, and system interoperability initiatives.
• Work with SQL queries and datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Assist QA teams with test scenarios, UAT coordination, and validation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and compliance requirements.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Python Fullstack Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead solution design, mentor teams, and drive technical excellence across projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders, contribute to architecture governance, and integrate modern technologies across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review Python-based fullstack solution architectures.

Required Skills

• Work on the implementation of security and data protection
• Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively

• 1+ years of experience in NodeJS-based frameworks like NestJS, and microservices-based architecture is a bonus.
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, persistence, threading, queuing, and caching.
• Thorough knowledge of designing, implementing and scaling relational and document-based databases
• A love for systems and an ability to think through and plan for their life cycles, edge cases, interactions, and failure modes
• First principles thinking, Excellent problem-solving ability
• A good all-rounder with a can-do, startup mentality
