We are looking for a detail-oriented Shopify Specialist to manage product uploads, catalog updates, variants, images, metafields, collections, pricing, promotions, and quality checks on Shopify.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with Shopify Admin, Matrixify or Shopify CSV, Excel/Google Sheets, and large product catalogs. The person should be highly accurate, process-driven, and comfortable working with bulk product data.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain products in Shopify.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, handles, vendors, product types, tags, SKUs, variants, prices, compare-at prices, and inventory settings.
• Work on bulk product uploads and updates using Shopify CSV, Matrixify, or similar tools.
• Manage product-level and variant-level metafields.
• Update availability, lead time, media gallery, product information, bundle details, and other custom fields.
• Upload, replace, reorder, and validate product images.
• Match product images, variant images, image URLs, and metafield image references.
• Create and update manual and automated collections.
• Support sale collections, promotional updates, merchandising changes, and product sorting.
• Perform QC after uploads to ensure product pages are accurate and complete.
• Prepare error reports, missing data reports, upload reports, and correction files.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, image editors, QC teams, and managers.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin.
• Strong understanding of products, variants, collections, tags, images, and metafields.
• Experience with Shopify CSV, Matrixify, or bulk import/export tools.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, filters, formulas, duplicates, and text cleanup.
• Ability to handle large product catalogs with high accuracy.
• Good understanding of e-commerce catalog operations.
• Strong attention to detail for SKUs, pricing, images, variants, and metafields.
• Ability to follow SOPs and complete work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Matrixify.
• Experience with Shopify metafields and file/image reference metafields.
• Knowledge of automated collections, product tagging, and Shopify bulk editor.
• Basic understanding of image naming, image URLs, Shopify media, and CDN links.
• Experience working with Google Drive, task trackers, and client instruction sheets.

Experience Required

Job Title : Software Test Engineer (Manual & Automation)

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Test Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on across the complete testing lifecycle and comfortable working with modern testing tools, APIs, databases, and scripting.

Mandatory Skills :

Manual & Automation Testing, API Testing (Postman/Swagger), Load/Performance Testing, SQL/Database Queries, Basic Scripting, Test Case Design, Defect Tracking, and use of Test Management/Project Tracking Tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle: test strategy, test case design, execution, and automation.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and load testing.
• Use project tracking and test management tools effectively.
• Conduct debugging and responsiveness testing using browser developer tools.
• Work with databases to validate data through basic queries.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Identify, report, and track defects with clear documentation.
• Continuously adopt new testing tools, practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman/Swagger or similar).
• Experience with Load/Performance testing tools.

Review Criteria:

Mandatory:

• Strong UAT / Functional Test Lead Profiles
• Must have minimum 7 years of overall testing experience, with at least 3 years of recent UAT experience, primarily in manual testing for large enterprise or government project
• Must have worked on minimum 2 national-level e-Governance, public sector, enterprise, or marketplace projects in a UAT lead or ownership role
• Must have 3+ years of team handling experience, leading 7–8 QA/UAT members, including task assignment, review, mentoring, and delivery ownership
• Must have complete ownership of UAT activities, including UAT planning, execution, acceptance sign-off, defect management, retesting, and regression cycles.
• Must have strong hands-on manual testing experience, with the ability to create test scenarios and test cases from BRDs, user stories, functional documents, and Figma/UI screens.
• Must be able to understand HLD/LLD documents and API specifications and perform manual API testing based on business logic.
• Must have BE/BTech/MTech/MBA (BSc/BCA alone is not acceptable; with Bsc/BCA candidates must have a relevant postgraduate degree MCA/MTech)

Preferred:

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent is preferred

Ideal Candidate:

• 8 + years’ experience in UAT, with at least 2 National-level e-Governance solutions / Enterprise platforms / Marketplace projects.
• Proficiency in test planning, execution oversight, acceptance criteria definition, defect triage, regression cycle management.
• Proficient in understanding business requirements by going through BRDs, User Stories, Figma screens to define test scenarios and test cases.
• Ability to analyze high level and low-level design documents, API specifications to identify the business logic developed and create test cases to test the APIs.
• Hands-on experience of defining high quality test scenarios, test cases with ability to review and guide the test team members in doing the same.
• Education/Certifications: B.E./ B.Tech. / MTech/ MCA/ MS (Computer Science/IT)/ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent required.
