The Operations Trainee role is an entry level position designed for fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to real-world business operations. You will closely work with senior operations managers and learn how large, multi-site operations are managed from the head office.

What You Will Learn & Do

1. Operations Coordination

• Support day-to-day coordination between office and site teams

• Assist in tracking work happening at different client sites

• Learn how operational issues are identified and escalated

2. Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain records such as site reports and attendance data

• Help prepare daily and weekly operations reports

• Learn basic MIS (Management Information System) reporting

3. Audit & Compliance Support

• Assist in collecting documents required for internal audits

• Track compliance checklists and follow-ups

• Learn the importance of documentation and process discipline

4. Communication & Team Support

• Draft emails and internal updates with guidance

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for routine data

• Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members

5. Training & Development

• Learn SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

• Receive on-the-job training from experienced managers

• Gain real business exposure across multiple sites and clients

Job Profile - 

1. Accounting, Taxation and MIS

2. Lead 2-3 team members

Responsibilities:

1. Daily and monthly MIS

2. Manage all accounting transactions (Purchase, Sale, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Vouchers etc.)

3. Prepare financial statements

4. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

5. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

6. Ensure timely bank payments to vendors 

7. Ensure timely bank receipts from customers

8. GST and TDS payments and monthly, quarterly and annual returns

9. ⁠PF, PT compliance 

10. Accounts basic concepts and fundamentals

11. Taxation - GSTR1 and 3B filling knowledge ( Reco with 2B) 

12. VLOOKUP and Pivot handy knowledge

You are responsible to manage key client project in direction, coordination, implementation, execute, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. As a Flutter Developer, you will be in charge of reviewing the software specifications and UI mockups, developing a cross-browser mobile application from scratch, and leading the application testing effort. You'll work alongside a backend Developer, as well as a UI designer to ensure you create high-performing applications with a smooth user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.

2. Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and 

  practices.

3. Communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives.

4. Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle.

5. Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.
