Power BI Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Associate / Architect – Generative AI to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI platform capabilities across multiple business units. This role focuses on developing scalable and reusable AI components across the full stack, covering RAG systems, agent orchestration, LLM infrastructure, and GenAIOps on GCP (primary) and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready Generative AI systems and platform components
• Develop and deploy scalable RAG pipelines including data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and APIs
• Build agentic AI systems with orchestration, routing, memory, and workflow management
• Develop and manage LLM infrastructure including model routing, caching, observability, and rate limiting
• Build scalable backend services and APIs for AI-driven applications
• Implement GenAIOps/MLOps practices including prompt management, evaluation, monitoring, and deployment
• Work extensively with GCP services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, GKE, and Pub/Sub
• Ensure AI governance, safety, compliance, PII protection, and auditability standards are maintained
• Design scalable enterprise AI architectures with strong focus on performance, reliability, and reusability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership, architecture discussions, and design reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Generative AI and RAG systems
• Experience working on multi-agent or agentic AI architectures
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend/API development
• Hands-on experience with GCP AI/ML ecosystem including Vertex AI and BigQuery
• Solid understanding of LLM infrastructure, orchestration layers, and AI platform engineering
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
• Good understanding of GenAIOps/MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
• Strong system design and architecture experience for scalable AI platforms
• Exposure to enterprise application architecture and distributed systems
• Experience leading small engineering teams, mentoring developers, or owning technical delivery is preferred
• Understanding of AI safety, governance, and compliance best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with RAG evaluation tools such as RAGAS or DeepEval
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs with RAG systems
• Experience working in multi-cloud environments (GCP + Azure)
• Exposure to BFSI or other regulated domains

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 3–4 Years (as BDM)

Industry Exposure: Corporate Gifting, Digital Marketing, ATL & BTL Events, and advertising company experience preferred  

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate gifting, digital marketing, and event activation (ATL & BTL) domains.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business growth and repeat engagement.
• Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective lead conversion and account management.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential business leads, partnerships, and growth trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Proven minimum experience of 3–4 years as a Business Development Manager in the above-mentioned industries.

·        Experience in corporate gifting, marketing, or event management domains.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent client handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and drive complex software performance improvement projects that mitigate the performance challenges of the product and establish new guidelines for future product features
• Work with the development team, and database administrators to analyze performance bottlenecks, make recommendations to address performance concerns, and co-design performance into new feature development
• Efficiently working with various profiling and monitoring tools to identify performance and concurrency bottlenecks, propose and implement optimizations to improve cloud product
• Review end-user usage patterns and customer logged performance defects and enhance performance test coverage based on gaps identified.
• Understand database internals, server and storage system design, application interactions with database queries and stored procedures and with other downstream systems
• Troubleshoot issues experienced by users and propose solutions

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and driving software performance engineering projects and solutions. Advanced level experience with concurrency, multithreading, and distributed system architectures
• Experience analyzing performance bottlenecks with application code interfacing with databases using ORM Frameworks, cache layers, data storage, servers, networking, and database query protocols including developing stored procedures, SQL queries, and database applications
• Working knowledge of relational database internals (locking, consistency, replication, serialization, failover, recovery)
• Comfortable with Windows, SQL Server, .NET Framework/Core, GIT, Nuget, SPA, Modern UI Frameworks, ORM Framework NHibernate in terms of both tools and application development
• Passionate about finding software performance bottlenecks and optimizing code to produce a better customer experience
• Experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring), RUM (Real User Monitoring), and other Dev tools used for Performance monitoring and analysis
• Experience with performance bottleneck analysis, system design for scaling
