Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced and hands-on Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development with solid experience in leading teams, conducting code reviews, and designing technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

• Minimum 7+ Years of total IT experience with at least 5+ Years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Hands-on experience with :

• .NET Development
• Plugin Development
• JavaScript
• Power Automate
• Power Pages and Canvas App Development.
• Proven technical leadership experience with team handling, code reviews, and technical design/solutioning.

Good to Have :

• Exposure to Azure technologies such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Experience in deployment activities and release management.

• Strong B2B Product Manager Profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4+ years of experience with 2+ years as a Product Manager
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have experience working in early-stage products (with early stage startups or in big startups/companies driving 0-to-1 product development and building MVPs)
• Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have hands-on experience in writing PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and maintaining product documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Mandatory (Company) - Product companies only (B2B preferred)

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and AWS Glue
• Develop and maintain scalable data architectures on AWS (S3, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, RDS)
• Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation using Python and SQL
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate Generative AI models into analytics workflows
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize insights using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all data assets
• Optimize performance of data pipelines and troubleshoot bottlenecks
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights

D365 F&O Senior / Mid-level Technical Developer – Multiple position

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in any technical discipline (B. Tech / MCA / Masters etc.).
• 5 to 9 years of overall professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX /D365 technical.
• Should have Minimum 1-2 implementation experience on D365 FO.
• Should have good experience in D365 FO Extensions, LCS, Integrations using OData/Flow.
• Should be able to estimate, design, customize and develop customer specific customization requirements.
• Experienced in development in AX 2009 / AX 2012.
• Work closely with the Functional Consultants in the design of technical solutions.
• Certified on Dynamics AX / D365FO at desired levels
• Should have experience with international clients.
• Experience with upgrades is preferrable
• Experience with Life Cycle Services (LCS) is highly preferred
• Experience or knowledge with System Administration and Security Roles
• Experience with customizing security data policies
• Experience with payment gateway integrations, EDI integrations etc.
• Experience with workflows, workflow customizations
