Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Boomi AtomSphere platform.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements.
• Implement data mapping, transformation, and orchestration workflows.
• Manage Boomi Atoms/Molecules and ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Work on API management, web services (SOAP/REST), and cloud/on-premises integrations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Provide technical documentation and support for deployed integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere.
• Expertise in integration patterns, data transformation, and error handling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises systems.
• Proficiency in web services, APIs, and data formats (XML, JSON).
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Boomi Professional Developer Certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Knowledge of Java or scripting languages for custom connectors.

Build financialsustainability

a. Building and sourcing work-streams such as corporate, foundation, multi-

laterals, Alumni, government etc. Good to be Subject matter Expert in

work-streams such as multi-laterals / foundations.

b. Design and execute deep engagement strategy with key relationships to

ensure renewals, upgrades and meaningful partnerships

c. Partner with the Director in leveraging the rich ecosystem towards building

a pipeline of funders.

d. Manage systems and processes that support development objectives and

comply with regulatory laws and MoU commitments

e. Lead and manage strategic partnerships with various organizations to

organize fundraising campaigns and events.

f. Facilitate legal agreements/ communications with partners as needed

g. Events: Support and Organize vents/ conferences/ seminars/ concerts/

charity fundraising events etc. to promote fundraising for partners

2. Due Diligence:

a. Conduct thorough due diligence on partners to make sure they are

compliant with existing laws and have strong track record.

b. Conduct thorough due diligence on individuals creating personal cause

campaigns to verify need and use of funds

3. Fundraising:

a. Help partners identify influential campaign creators or to create campaigns

themselves

b. Work closely with the digital marketing and content team to make sure

each fundraising campaign is a big success!

c. Feedback Reports: Ensuring that all donors are sent feedback reports on

timely basis and that partners provide high quality feedback reports

Campaigns: Develop pipeline of campaignsthat have large scale impact and

work with partners to execute those.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

What you need to have:

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Program Manager who can drive our programs across a maximum of 6 centers and ensure the seamless delivery of the programs in line with the organization’s objectives to the complete satisfaction of learners and their parents.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues

• Managing the post sale communication to parents regarding the programs and communicating about learners to parents through the facilitators

     Requirements
