Required Skills & Experience:

 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS.

• Technical expertise in the area of development of Master Data Management, data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) applications, big data using existing and emerging technology platforms and cloud architecture

• Technical SME in Master Data Management application, ETL, big data and cloud technologies

• Performance tuning of end-to-end MDM, database, ETL, Big data processes or in the source/target database endpoints as needed.

• A minimum of 4-10 years of experience into data integration/orchestration services,  service architecture and providing data driven solutions for client requirements 
• Experience on Microsoft Azure cloud and Snowflake SQL, database query/performance tuning. 
• Experience with Qlik Replicate and Compose tools(Change Data Capture) tools is considered a plus 
• Strong Data warehousing Concepts, ETL tools such as Talend Cloud Data Integration tool is must 
• Exposure to the financial domain knowledge is considered a plus. 
• Cloud Managed Services such as source control code Github, MS Azure/Devops is considered a plus. 
• Prior experience with State Street and Charles River Development ( CRD) considered a plus. 
• Experience in tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Excel. 
• Exposure to Third party data providers such as Bloomberg, Reuters, MSCI and other Rating agencies is a plus. 
• Strong SQL knowledge and debugging skills is a must.

Performing line management of product teams operating within an AGILE methodology

Collaborating closely with Business Owners and users to define product roadmaps, epics, features and user stories

Taking responsibility for the quality data solutions that developers produce

Interacting with Stake holders (Internal & External) as necessary to clarify requirements and agree on priorities

Responsibilities Description:

Responsible for the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve business problems and optimize member experiences. Primary duties may include are but not limited to: Design machine learning projects to address specific business problems determined by consultation with business partners. Work with data-sets of varying degrees of size and complexity including both structured and unstructured data. Piping and processing massive data-streams in distributed computing environments such as Hadoop to facilitate analysis. Implements batch and real-time model scoring to drive actions. Develops machine learning algorithms to build customized solutions that go beyond standard industry tools and lead to innovative solutions. Experience Requirements:

BS/MA/MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Econometrics, Physics, Biostatistics or related Quantitative disciplines. 2-4 years of experience in predictive analytics and advanced expertise with software such as Python, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
