Sr. Salesforce Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform detailed feature requirements analysis along with a team of Senior Developers, 

define system functionality, work on system design and document the same

● Design/Develop/Improve Cogno AI’s backend infrastructure and stack and build fault￾tolerant, scalable and real-time distributed system

● Own the design, development and deployment of code to improve product and platform 

functionality

● Taking initiative and giving ideas for improving the processes in the technology team 

would lead to better performance of the team and result in robust solutions

● Writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code

● Support team with timely analysis and debugging of operational issues

● Emphasis on automation and scripting

● Cross-functional communication to deliver projects

● Mentor junior team members technically and manage a team of software engineers

● Taking interviews and making tests for hiring people in the technology team

What do we look for?

The following are the important eligibility requirements for this Job:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.

● 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer, preferably in a product-based 

company.

● Experience working with major cloud solutions AWS (preferred), Azure, and GCP.

● Familiarity with 3-Tier, microservices architecture and distributed systems

● Experience with the design & development of RESTful services

● Experience with developing Linux-based applications, networking and scripting.

● Experience with different data stores, data modelling and scaling them

● Familiarity with data stores such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Mongo-DB etc.

● 4+ years of experience with web frameworks (preferably Django, Flask etc.)

● Good understanding of data structures, multi-threading and concurrency concepts.

● Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Git is a plus.

● Familiarity with elastic search queries and visualization tools like grafana, kibana

● Strong networking fundamentals: Firewalls, Proxies, DNS, Load Balancing, etc.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Team player, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a member of the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the product:  

• Help define and create full stack architecture and deployment using React- Django-AWS in an agile environment with lots of ownership and active mentoring. 
• Work with the Product and Design teams to build new features to solve business problems and fill business needs 
• Participate in code reviews to create robust and maintainable code 
• Work in an agile environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life 
• Interact with other stakeholders for requirement, design discussions and for adoption of new features 
• Communicate and coordinate with our support and professional services teams to solve customer issues. 
• Help scale our platform as we expand our product across various markets and verticals globally.

JD - System Analyst

1. Analysis and design of technical functionality and features.
2. Creation of requirements document and definition, Epics, User stories and addition of same to Fresh Release.
3. Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.
4. Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders and clear project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the team’s progress.
5. Meet and coordinate with internal stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
6. Help the team boost their productivity and performance and helps development team create high-quality products.
7. Arrange and optimize product backlog.
8. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
9. Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
10. Manage the set-up and configuration of systems. Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.
11. Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
12. Draw up, supervise and document testing schedules for complete systems.
13. Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs.
14. Implement best practices for scalability, support ability, ease of maintenance and system performance.
15. Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.
16. Oversee implementation of a new system including data migration.

We are looking for Full-stack engineers with a minimum of 2 to 3+ years of exposure to Node JS, Express JS, Mongo DB, and React JS to join our team.

• Creating solid back-end code with Node JS.
• Writing code in async-await architecture.

• Writing mongoose schema efficiently can implement MRC architecture in the express framework
• Implementing business logic in front-end applications using javascript, should be able to handle complex JSON architecture.
• Should be able to manage states using Redux, Redux thunk/saga, Mobx.
• Should be comfortable in using both functional and class components in React.
• Must be familiar with popular React UI libraries like Material UI, Antd.
• Implement best practices and constantly learn new ways of keeping codebases up to date.
• Having knowledge in Typescript, GraphQL, NextJS, Socket.io is like a match made in heaven.
• AWS SDK hands-on experience, Firebase Services experience, Oauth 2.0 handling knowledge are best to have.

Criteria

• 2+ years of work experience with Node JS, Mongo DB Javascript and React JS.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• You care about the design and user experience of an application. The choice of third-party libraries should be elegant.
• You must respect the timeline of the deliverables and releases.

• Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode & Android Studio.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
