Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities:

Lead Gen Executive – Day/ Night Shift

Job Description

• Work closely with the sales team in identifying target markets, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity.
• Plan and oversee segment and account level research and map the account, identify potential clients, identify key needs.
• Oversee Contact database management – data sourcing, contact qualification, classification, communication and updates.
• Plan out lead generation campaigns with the head of field marketing, including email and calling campaign plan, lead qualification follow-up and nurturing.
• Oversee calling, lead qualification and handover to sales.

Tracking and Reporting

• Report weekly activity and log all lead related data.
• Pipeline reporting and tracking from lead to pursuit to closure.

Java Developer

As a senior technical member of the team, you will be expected to lead the team in the design, architecture, and implementation of high-quality, well-architected software products with a specific focus on cloud, distributed systems, scalability, elasticity and SLA rollups into each component. In this role, you are expected to interact with Senior Architects, Product Managers, Solution Architects and occasionally, with Partners and customers to discuss and collaborate on strategies for enhancing features and coming up with next-generation products. Skills:

What you’ll do at Ather:

A successful candidate is expected to lead the Firmware development and integration effort for various Ather products and be responsible for qualifying and integrating FW at various stages with HW. Responsibilities include:

• Understanding requirements from different stakeholders and translating these to application features

• Writing high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines

• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

• Performing functional and non-functional testing

• Troubleshooting and debugging applications

• Designing creative prototypes according to specifications

• Evaluating existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features

• Developing technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

• Identifying and communicating possible risks along with preventive and corrective measures

• Designing HW/SW integration while working with HW/Algorithms/Cloud teams to deliver an integrated solution.

- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails OR 2+ years of experience with Golang.
