Key Responsibilities:

1.Working with school kids and teaching them subjects like block coding, Python, Robotics,3D printing, Electronics, Drones, etc.

2.Creating & maintaining tech and official documents as required.

3.Conducting engaging events and preparing students for competitions.

4.Developing innovative education resources for school students.

5.Guiding and mentoring students, designing engaging workshops, and fostering a creative learning environment.

6.Conducting virtual sessions.

7.Conducting training sessions for junior team members

8.Managing team at school

9.Coordinating with school management to full fill organisation goals

Assisting seniors in their work.

Qualifications:

Must have requirement

1.Atleast 6 months of experience in teaching school-going students.

Foundational experience of working on basic electronics, Arduino & other microcontroller etc..

2.Should possess a well-functioning laptop.

Optional/Preferred

1.Freshers with relevant skills & prior experience teaching school students are encouraged to apply

2.People with teaching passion & relevant skills are encouraged to apply

3.Prior teaching experience in a similar subject will be an added advantage.

4.Good proficiency in English communication will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Location

Salary: Upto 3lpa

Location: Udaipur

Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)

How You'll Contribute:

● Redefine Fintech architecture standards by building easy-to-use, highly scalable,robust, and flexible APIs

● In-depth analysis of the systems/architectures and predict potential future breakdown and proactively bring solution

● Partner with internal stakeholders, to identify potential features implementation on that could cater to our growing business needs

● Drive the team towards writing high-quality codes, tackle abstracts/flaws in system design to attain revved-up API performance, high code reusability and readability.

● Think through the complex Fintech infrastructure and propose an easy-to-deploy modular infrastructure that could adapt and adjust to the specific requirements of the growing client base

● Design and create for scale, optimized memory usage and high throughput performance.​

Skills Required:

● 5+ years of experience in the development of complex distributed systems

● Prior experience in building sustainable, reliable and secure microservice-based scalable architecture using Python Programming Language

● In-depth understanding of Python associated libraries and frameworks

● Strong involvement in managing and maintaining produc Ɵ on-level code with high volume API hits and low-latency APIs

● Strong knowledge of Data Structure, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Multi threading concepts, etc

The role

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their advertising needs.
• Conduct presentations and sales pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our transit media advertising solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to secure new business.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop customized advertising solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.

Key skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the advertising industry, preferably in transit media advertising, Digital Media Sales or related fields.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of transit media advertising to clients.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Taking the lead in driving inquiries and admissions for the online learning programs provided by HeyCoach.

Overseeing the complete sales life cycle, which includes engaging with a substantial number of qualified leads and guiding them through the enrollment process until final conversion.

Providing counseling and guidance to experienced professionals through phone or email interactions, assisting them in identifying courses that align with their career progression, and recommending the most suitable options.

Requirements

Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with technology-driven products and solutions.

Prior experience in successfully handling sales or business development with deals or transactions of a value exceeding 20,000 units of currency.

A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in the EdTech industry business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.

Demonstrating excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English communication is essential, knowing regional languages will be the cherry on the cake.

Having basic knowledge or preliminary experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.

How you fit in

Engineering is the executional function of EAGLE's software delivery wing. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you are expected to take control of complex B2C projects being built from scratch. Moreover, not only are you expected to write clean, tested, and maintainable code but you will also be a central part of a product team that iterates constantly, ships regularly, and learns continuously. You will have the creative freedom for learning, experimenting, and responsible risk-taking in a startup environment.

What your role consists of:

• Collaborate with engineers, UI/UX designers, and product owners to build & ship new features and maintain/enhance existing ones
• Design & develop engaging front-end and user interface solutions to address complex and valuable business problems
• Implement best practices of test-driven development, automated deployment, refactoring and code standards
• Tackle complex problems, consider multiple solutions, and determine the best course of action
• Assist with the API design, development, and documentation of our UI kit
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack

• Help inform product prioritisation and scoping decisions by evaluating technical complexity and risk

• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes

• Maintain technical documentation

What you bring to this role:

• 3+ years experience working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS & React in a distributed, collaborative, agile environment while delivering solutions on a regular cadence
• An ownership mindset: you should look not only at what you’re asked to do, but ask why you’re doing it and how it impacts on the rest of the product, our customers, and whether it makes sense
• A deep understanding of React and an eye towards writing efficient, performant, and tested code
• Experience in core aspects of web application development, including design, development, performance, integration, analytics, usability, and accessibility
• Experience developing applications from the ground up
• Proven ability with interaction/UI design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback
