Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior/Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations for a variety of platforms, including social media, advertisements, websites, and presentations. Depending on your experience level, you will either assist in or lead the conceptualization, execution, and delivery of motion design projects

Motion Graphics Designer (1–2 Years Experience)

•   Assist in designing and creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.

•   Collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and content teams to meet project goals and timelines.

•   Edit and enhance video footage with effects, transitions, typography, and animations.

•   Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and maintain high visual quality.

•   Stay up to date with current trends in motion design and contribute fresh, creative ideas.

•   Preferred Traits:

o   Consistent employment history demonstrating commitment and growth.

o   Experience working in collaborative environments and contributing as part of a team.

o   A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of styles and projects, with awareness of modern design trends.

Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

• Inventory Analyst (Req 1) 

Must have skills: 

Should have experience as End user in SCM 

Expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Oracle preferred  

Experience in Inventory Management 

Should have knowledge on Warehouse Managemnet 

• As an Inventory Analyst at Viasat, you will coordinate and route the flow of material between contract manufacturers and distribution centers in North America, Europe, and Asia.  
• You will expedite parts to remedy any shortage problems.  

• You will perform purchase order receipts, create travelers, and maintain records of material flow.  
• Updating logs, databases, maintaining files, project reports, specifications, product information, and documentation.  
• Preparing processes and status reports, assigning and monitoring documents/databases, and reviewing documents/databases for accuracy and completeness.  
• Your ability to clearly communicate and build rapport with internal customers and key suppliers will be an essential skill in this role.  
• You will be responsible for incoming and outgoing material flows primarily supporting engineering activities.  

• Monitor the flow of material and parts between various suppliers and internal departments to meet tight schedules. 

• Skilled in Java / J2EE including frameworks like Microservices, Spring boot, hibernate etc
• Experience with microservices-based architecture including building
• Good knowledge of SQL (MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server / Postgres), NoSQL (MongoDB / Cassandra), App server Knowledge (Tomcat/JBoss etc.), OSGi, REST Web Services
• Working / Usage experience of Docker, Microservices, Jenkins, Multithreading, Design patterns, Java 1.8 and Container
• Experience with Cloud computing in added advantage (AWS / Azure)
• Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting Expertise.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)

• Work with engineering and other teams to build & maintain our database requirements and answer big data questions

• Experience in managing system configurations.
• Experience creating data design models, database architecture, and data repository design.
• Strong understanding of SQL tuning and optimization of query plans.
• Linux shell scripting skills and experience with production Linux environments
• Experience working with software engineers in a highly technical environment.
• Knowledge of 1+ programming language (e.g. C++, Scala, Java, JavaScript etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge administering MongoDB (Good to have)
