Client Acquisition - BDM role.
Job Description.
- Will be involved in Client Acquisition.
- Needs to do cold calls and generate leads.
- Identify the potential prospects and work accordingly by prioritising the tasks.
- Responsible for sales target.
-Build Client relationship professionally and have a good rapport.
- Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to THB.
- Should have the ability to contact & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about THB.
- Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations
- Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required.
- If needed promoting and selling THB concepts and Software Products.
- 75% field work(Cold calls, Meetings demos etc) and 25% office works(Follow-ups, proposals closures etc)

Job Description
We are looking for curious individuals who are natural leaders and have the ability to recognise what needs to be done. In this role,
- You need to analyze and solve increasingly complex business problems.
- You will be working as a part of the Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics team which provides a set of processes that measure, manage and analyze marketing activities in order to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients’ advertising campaigns to optimize ROI & performance efficiency in operations.
- You will have experience in transforming large amounts of diverse business data into valuable and meaningful information that can be used to support campaign-wise decision-making.
- Design and carry out high quality analysis in service of projects undertaken on behalf of clients and ensure the analysis is presented in a compelling way.
- You will have good written and oral communication skills in English language and the ability to transform data into actionable insights for an audience composed of digital experts, novices and beginners.
- Conceptualize and implement Paid Media strategies to acquire new customers and grow client businesses.
- Stay informed of the relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices.

Requirements
- Graduates with an aptitude to pick up new skills or 4-6 years’ experience in the marketing segment with a clear understanding of digital marketing or individuals with equivalent/relevant experience.
- Experience with FB Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Programmatic Buying and other allied tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc, is a plus but NOT mandatory.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and use analytical skills to create easy-to-understand, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Intermediate knowledge/experience with Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Data Studio, Python, etc.
- Strong math/analytical and quantitative skills.

- Very strong oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge/experience with relational databases and report development.

How will your growth be?
Your performance as Laravel developer will be assessed every 3 months to keep a record. We have an annual appraisal process for remuneration. It ranges between 15-30% raise. After 2-3 years, you will have an opportunity to accept responsibilities as Senior Developer or a Manage depending on your skills. This will be based on your hold over project planning, collaboration with other stakeholders of the project and communication skills.

We're seeking a full-time, in-house employee to write Search Engine Optimized Website Content and social media. - Remotely manage host of daily order pick-up schedules, ensuring 100% on-time delivery
- Own a robust real-time connect over information and documents with our service partner for smooth flow of daily collections and process adherence

Additional Information:
- The company has a BYOD policy. It is mandatory to have own Laptop, Mobile device and a good internet connection.
