Client Acquisition - BDM role.
Job Description.
- Will be involved in Client Acquisition.
- Needs to do cold calls and generate leads.
- Identify the potential prospects and work accordingly by prioritising the tasks.
- Responsible for sales target.
-Build Client relationship professionally and have a good rapport.
- Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to THB.
- Should have the ability to contact & speak to the HR Heads of Organizations and give them an introduction about THB.
- Should convince Clients to give their requirements on a regular basis & maintain a good rapport with the client.
- Should ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in these organizations
- Excellent Communication & Convincing ability required.
- If needed promoting and selling THB concepts and Software Products.
- 75% field work(Cold calls, Meetings demos etc) and 25% office works(Follow-ups, proposals closures etc)

Primary Objective - Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas, Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal, Unearthing new
sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
Specific Accountabilities/Responsibilities - Must have worked into International / India Market into SAAS Environment

Proven experience in growing markets for technology products & services.
