Position: AEM Developer – Backend (Apple)

Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Pune, Mumbai

Experience Required

• 7–10 years total IT experience (Minimum 7+ years mandatory)
• 4+ years hands-on experience in AEM Backend
• 4+ years strong Java Core development experience

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong Core Java (Collections, Exception Handling, Design Patterns, Multithreading)
• Hands-on experience with AEM 6.4+
• Expertise in Sling, OSGi, JCR, WCM APIs, Sling Models
• Strong knowledge of Workflows, Workflow Launchers, Event Handlers, Schedulers, Sling Jobs
• Experience in REST APIs, JSON, Lucene Indexing
• Knowledge of Sightly (HTL), Touch UI, Editable Templates, Clientlibs
• Exposure to Coral/Granite UI customization
• Experience with Query Builder, Indexing, Session Handling
• Strong understanding of AEM Security (ACL, SSO)
• Performance tuning: Dispatcher caching, query optimization
• Infrastructure setup: Dispatcher, Apache, Cronjobs
• Experience with TarMK, MongoMK, S3 persistence
• Build & Deployment using Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD
• Experience in AEM upgrades (Service Packs, Version Upgrade, Migration)
• Knowledge of Headless CMS, MSM, API integrations
• Exposure to Automated Testing tools (Junit, Selenium)
• Good understanding of DXP landscape
• Prior Apple project experience is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities

• Backend & API Engineering (60% Focus)
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices for high-performance AI systems.
• Apply enterprise object-oriented programming best practices for secure, scalable backend services.
• Integrate AI-powered features with cloud-native architectures.
• Generative AI & LLM Development (40% Focus)
• Build LLM-powered features with the OpenAI API or other LLM APIs (reasoning and non-reasoning models, temperature tuning, version control).
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and model tuning techniques for optimized results.
• Deploy and manage solutions using Docker and secure integrations (e.g., SSO, Google Drive).

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience (REST APIs, microservices, OO enterprise architecture).
• 3+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, OpenAI API).
• Strong hands-on Python expertise and object-oriented design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Langchain, Lambda, Docker, and secure system integrations.
• Proven track record delivering production-ready, scalable applications.

Role Description

Eligibility:

1. An ex-serviceman preferably with civil work experience in security/training.

2. Age- preferably

3. Preferably from Infantry.

4. If civilian – min 05 years work experience as training manager in the field of security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of a Single Page Application (SPA) and it's components in Typescript: deployed and optimized for progressive mobile and browsers using Angular 2 and Ionic 2 frameworks.
• Creating custom, general use modules and smart components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular framework.
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in Typescript and using responsive HTML and CSS.
• Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts.
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Should have experience with CSS 3, SCSS, Java script and HTML5.
• Full-time knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience. Or 2 Year or more experience with other industry-leading frameworks like React.
• Minimum 1-year experience in working and extending one of the CSS or UI frameworks like Ng-lightening, Angular-material

• Should have E-publishing and Editorial services domain knowledge
• Should understand the competitive landscape and identify the gaps in the market
• Must be able to identify the right opportunities & qualify leads for the Sales team
• Should be able to handle communication and fresh conversations with prospects
• Should have min. 2 years of experience working on the US, European Markets
• Assist Sales Team in identifying, following up, and qualifying prospects
• Generate reports & dashboards on Marketing influenced pipelines regularly
• Create clear and crisp product presentations and solution demonstrations
• Research & develop prospect lists using LinkedIn, Zoominfo, and Web research
• Participate and actively contribute in Marketing Strategy Meetings
• To work with the sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
• Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
• Miscellaneous Pre-Sales and Sales related activities

Required Experience / Qualifications

• MBA from a good institute with a go-getter attitude to pursue leads and targets
• A motivated, competitive individual with a strong aptitude for Publishing technology
• 4-6 years of experience in a sales & marketing role
• Knowledge of commonly used CRM Salesforce and Marketing automation tools and dashboards
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills

Experience:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
