THE POSITION

You will assist customers with their technical issues and questions around specific technology, including configuration and tuning and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will do:
- Monitoring room sales and improving sales technique
- Answering questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations
- Handling inquiries and obtaining correct information regarding details of reservation
- Confirming and processing reservation requests
- Ensuring all information pertaining to reservations are properly taken and entered into the system
- Overseeing accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes
- Keeping up to date rooms available for sale and any changes in hostel room rates
- Helping maximize room sales by upselling through different packages
- Maintaining and updating all room reservation transactions, room availabilities
