About the Role :

We are seeking skilled BIM Developers to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, customizing, and automating workflows and tools that enhance efficiency within Building Information Modeling (BIM) environments. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to develop solutions that optimize BIM processes and integrate automation using programming and scripting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, customize, and automate tools and workflows for BIM software, primarily Autodesk Revit.
• Write efficient scripts and add-ins using C#, Python, and Dynamo to enhance BIM productivity.
• Collaborate with BIM coordinators and project teams to understand workflow challenges and propose technical solutions.
• Maintain and support existing BIM tools and ensure version compatibility.
• Integrate BIM data with external applications or databases as required.
• Document technical processes, tool usage, and code for easy reference and future maintenance.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and standards in BIM technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent).

2 to 5 years of experience in BIM development or automation using Revit.

Strong proficiency in Revit API, Dynamo, Python, and C#.

Experience in developing custom plugins, scripts, or add-ins for Autodesk products.

Solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and data management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Revit families, Navisworks, or other BIM coordination tools.

Familiarity with cloud-based BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC).

Knowledge of database integration (SQL, JSON, XML) for BIM data exchange.

Role Objective: To lead, manage, and direct the entire Façade Design Department, ensuring the

delivery of innovative, high-quality, and commercially viable façade solutions. This senior role is

accountable for the department's overall performance, strategic direction, resource management,

and technical governance, ensuring full alignment with the company's corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

 Departmental & Strategic Leadership:

o Assume full responsibility for the operational management of the Façade Design

Department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

o Develop and implement departmental strategies, technical standards, and quality

control protocols to enhance efficiency and innovation.

o Provide decisive leadership and mentorship to the entire design team, including

Senior Façade Designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

 Technical & Project Oversight:

o Hold ultimate accountability for the technical integrity, quality, and timely delivery

of all façade design projects, from conception to final execution.

o Provide expert oversight and final authority on complex design challenges,

ensuring all solutions meet the highest performance and regulatory standards.

o Ensure that rigorous performance assessments and quality checks are consistently

applied across all projects.

 Stakeholder & Client Management:

o Act as the company's senior technical representative in high-level negotiations and

strategic discussions with key clients, architects, and contractors.

o Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration between

design, sales, and project execution teams.

 Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

o Drive the research, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge façade

technologies, materials, and design methodologies.

o Ensure the department maintains a deep and current understanding of all local

and international building codes and regulations.

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

 Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is mandatory. A

Master’s degree or a professional certification in Project Management is highly preferred.

 Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of extensive experience in the façade industry, with

at least 5 years in a proven leadership or managerial capacity.

 Technical Knowledge & Skills: The candidate must possess profound expertise in a wide

variety of façade materials and systems, complemented by outstanding leadership,

communication, and project management skills.

Reporting Structure:

 The position reports to the Head of Façade Design.

Estimation Engineer (MEP)

Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Experience: 6 months - 2 yrs. + industrial exp. In Electrical Estimation.

Salary: 25K-30K

Job Summary:

The Estimation Engineer will play a crucial role in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical,

and Plumbing) company's pre-construction phase by preparing accurate and competitive cost

estimates for projects. The role requires a strong understanding of MEP systems, excellent

analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal

candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in estimation within the MEP

industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Evaluation and Documentation:

 Review project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to

understand project requirements.

 Conduct site visits to gather essential information and assess project feasibility.

 Analyse project scope, identify potential risks, and document project

constraints.

2. Cost Estimation:

 Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects, including materials, labour,

equipment, and subcontractor costs.

 Utilize estimation software and tools to create accurate quantity take-offs and

cost breakdowns.

 Research and analyse historical cost data and market rates to ensure

competitiveness and cost optimization.

 Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for

materials and services.

3. Bid Preparation:

 Participate in the bid process, including reviewing bid invitations and

documents.

 Collaborate with the procurement team to gather necessary information for

bids.

 Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals within the specified

deadlines.

 Ensure bids are aligned with the company's financial and operational

objectives.

4. Value Engineering:

 Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without

compromising quality and functionality.

 Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to propose alternative

solutions and cost-saving measures.

 Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate different design options and provide

recommendations.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

 Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and

project management, to ensure accurate estimation and smooth project

execution.

 Participate in meetings with clients, architects, and consultants to clarify

project requirements and address cost-related queries.

 Provide technical support and expertise to the sales and business development

teams during client presentations and negotiations.

Qualifications:

 B.E / Diploma in Electrical.

 Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, equipment, and installation techniques.

 Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Cost, etc.).

 Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

 Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations.

 Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data.

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

 Professional certifications or affiliations related to estimating or MEP (preferred).
