JD for Customer Service Executives/ Food Concierge Responsibilities: Responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to the customers. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. Adhere to SOP, Quality guidelines set for the process. Work closely with the E-Commerce Fulfillment team to ensure that customers receive their order, correctly and on time. Spot potential issues and establish the means to mitigate them. • A degree in Computers/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Datacommunications with 2 to 3 years of experience in software development. • Must have experience building Linux kernels, or familiarity with Linux/Windows device drivers or networking stacks. • Familiarity with BSP development and open source software is a big plus. • Should be able to work with C and one or more of PHP, TCL, VB, Shell, Java, HTML-UI, SQL. • Must have debugging skills with GNU debugger. • Knowledge of FW, VPN, IDS/IPS in some combination is good to have. • Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Virtual Box/VMware servers/desktop installation is a plus. • Must have good communication (written and verbal), presentation and organisation skills. • Should be a team player with high energy and positive attitude to find solutions and work around hurdles.
