Strong Senior Implementation Engineer (Post-Sales SaaS / Enterprise Onboarding) Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have recent 4+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles within B2B SaaS, preferably for global / US clients.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience owning end-to-end customer onboarding and technical implementation for complex or enterprise accounts from kickoff to go-live, including customer requirement gathering, configuration, data setup, integrations, validation, and post go-live support.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong Python scripting skills, with hands-on experience writing scripts for data migration, ETL workflows, automation, and data transformation (CSV, JSON, spreadsheets, APIs).

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience working with APIs, webhooks, REST integrations, reading/debugging JSON payloads, handling authentication flows, and troubleshooting integration issues.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have hands-on exposure to data modeling, SQL queries (PostgreSQL preferred), data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy during migrations and billing-related workflows.

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of implementation blockers and seamless client onboarding.

Mandatory (Early Career) : Candidate must have either a B.Tech in Computer Science (CS) or at least 1+ year of early career experience as a Software Engineer / Developer before transitioning into implementation roles.

We are looking for a Python / Full Stack Engineer, with experience working on large-scale web platforms, who can help build out our existing APIs and web dashboard.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Embedded/DSP system design.

• Complex logic implementation using RTL coding techniques (preferably VHDL and HLS)

• Able to implement various complex algorithms and curve fitting/Neural network based algorithms inside the FPGA hardware.

• Writing modular RTL codes and design techniques using IPs.

• Simulating the design at various stages of development.

• CDC, STA, area/power optimizations, floor planning, linting.

• Interfacing high speed ADCs/DACs using state of the art data transfer links to FPGA.

• Using DDR RAM and SG-DMA for low latency, high-speed data transfer.

• Familiarity with high-speed communication systems viz. USB 3, PCIe, Gbe, 10 Gbe, 100

Gbe etc.

• Linux device driver development.

Skills

• VHDL/Verilog, C/C++, familiar with Xilinx development tools.

• Design knowledge of PCIe, LVDS, SPI, AXI, USB etc. interfaces.

• Ability to design using primitives instead of inferred design from RTL.

• Embedded linux device drivers, petalinux, exposure to yocto project.

• Exposure to various compression algorithms.

6 to 8 years of hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and owning scalable, resilient, and distributed data pipelines.

High proficiency in Scala/Java/ Python API frameworks/ Swagger and Spark for applied large-scale data processing.

Expertise with big data technologies, API development (Flask,,including Spark, Data Lake, Delta Lake, and Hive.

Solid understanding of batch and streaming data processing techniques.

Proficient knowledge of the Data Lifecycle Management process, including data collection, access, use, storage, transfer, and deletion.

Expert-level ability to write complex, optimized SQL queries across extensive data volumes.

Experience with RDBMS and OLAP databases like MySQL, Redshift.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Obsession for service observability, instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting.

Knowledge or experience in architectural best practices for building data pipelines.
