Job Description:

• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in content writing.
• Strong organizational and learning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Grammarly.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Jasper.
• Experience with CMS like HubSpot or WordPress.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

●Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a combination of development, design in areas of cloud computing, strong coding skills in one or more languages (ex. Python, Shell Script, Go, Ruby).

●Expertise with any K8s managed service (EKS/GKE) with connected automation and orchestration tool development experience such as Argo, Helm, Terraform and CNCF tooling ecosystem.

●Strong Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) experience on public Cloud (AWS and/or GCP), integrating Terraform/Crossplane to extend IaC capabilities across multiple cloud providers.

●Fluency with Cloud API SDK’s (AWS/GCP) and identify opportunities to deliver self service capabilities for the most common infrastructure and application management tasks

●Experience with Unix/Linux OS internals (filesystems, system calls) and networking

●Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating with distributed teams will be highly valued.

Nice to Have Skills

●Expertise in building platform tooling in Kubernetes, developing architecture patterns and templates for application runtimes, K8s cluster topology, traffic shaping, API, CI/CD, and observability stacks on AWS or GCP cloud.

●Expertise in one or more CNCF tooling across the ecosystem

●Focus iteratively on a FinOps strategy to improve utilization and lower costs

●Exposure to any observability platforms using open-source tools like VictoriaMetrics, Thanos, Cortex, Prometheus, Datalog and Grafana

Manual Tester:

Mandatory Skills:

• Around 3-6 years experience in Manual testing complex applications
• Should be able to follow the defined test plan/strategy and perform test execution and report defects/track to closure
• Should be able to grasp the complex business domain fast and be agile in supporting the Product releases
• Experience using at least one defect management tool – JIRA, HP ALM, ADO etc.
• Software lifecycle management skills: understand the application development tasks and plan testing

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Consultant. The ABAP Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to SAP implementation, support, and enhancement. The role will involve working with ALV Reports, User Exits, BAPI, IDoc, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). The ABAP Consultant will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to provide the best solutions for clients' business needs.

Experience:

Relevant Experience of 5 - 8 years in SAP ABAP is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ALV Reports, User Exits, BAPI, IDoc, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation, support, and enhancement processes
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant SAP certifications and additional technical skills (e.g., SAP Fiori development, SAP HANA)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in IT service industry or SAP consulting is a plus

HRBP

1. Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
2. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's HR policies and practices.
3. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
4. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning HR-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
5. Administer disciplinary procedures.
6. Plan and conduct new employee orientation and induction programs to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
7. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and employee relations.

9. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

1. Should have experience in full life cycle of Web Application Development in Linux environment using Apache, PHP, MySQL/MSSQL/ Oracle.

2. Hands on experience in these technologies is a must (PHP 5, Ajax, CSS / HTML5 / XHTML , Web development)

3. Should have experience in template engine like smarty and at least one MVC frame work (Laravel / Zend / Symphony / Cake Php / Code Igniter).

4. Should have worked on any of the content management system (Joomla / Drupal / Simple CMS etc)

5. Should have worked on any of one of JS frameworks like YUI, JQuery , MooTools, ExtJS and AJAX

6. Hands on experience with the following PHP modules: PEAR, CURL, SoapClient (WSDL mode), libXML, Memcache, PCRE, SQLITE, etc

7. Ability to write and consume SOAP & REST web services.

8. Create requirement document and work with team members to deliver the application.

9. Knowledge of Version Control Software ;such as SVN/CVS will be preferable.
