
Position Overview:
APS Property Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is launching a new platform-based product and is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management, digital marketing, and market research within the real estate and technology sectors. This role requires a creative thinker who can establish brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and scale business growth for a newly launched platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to establish the platform’s presence and adoption.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team for optimal performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketing execution.
Brand & Digital Presence:
- Position the platform as a key player in the real estate sector.
- Strengthen brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and unique brand positioning.
User Acquisition & Growth Marketing:
- Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Drive user adoption through targeted marketing and engagement strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales & Public Relations Support:
- Develop marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive platform sign-ups.
- Manage PR activities to enhance company and product visibility.
- Foster partnerships to increase market reach and credibility.
Performance & Budget Management:
- Monitor key marketing metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing,
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, and brand strategy.
- Experience launching and scaling platform-based products is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to drive user acquisition, sales growth, and brand development.
- Experience in the real estate and technology industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and automation platforms.

Requirements
- Industry knowledge
- 4 years or more of experience in financial services industry particularly retail credit industry is a must.
- Candidate should have either worked in banking sector (banks/ HFC/ NBFC) or consulting organizations serving these clients.
- Experience in credit risk model building such as application scorecards, behaviour scorecards, and/ or collection scorecards.
- Experience in portfolio monitoring, model monitoring, model calibration
- Knowledge of ECL/ Basel preferred.
- Educational qualification: Advanced degree in finance, mathematics, econometrics, or engineering.
- Technical knowledge: Strong data handling skills in databases such as SQL and Hadoop. Knowledge with data visualization tools, such as SAS VI/Tableau/PowerBI is preferred.
- Expertise in either R or Python; SAS knowledge will be plus.
