Strong DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer Profiles

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience 1:

Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer / SRE / DevOps Consultant.

Experience 2:

Must have hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including deployment, scaling, or containerized application management.

Experience 3:

Must have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

Experience 4:

Must have strong automation and scripting experience using Python, Go, Bash, Shell, or similar scripting languages.

Experience 5:

Must have working experience with distributed databases or data systems such as MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or Kafka.

Experience 6:

Must demonstrate strong expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• Databases / Distributed Data Systems
• Observability & Monitoring
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Networking Concepts

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in IT support, with a solid understanding of networking, hardware, software, and systems administration.



Responsibilities

➔   Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues both onsite and remotely.

➔   Assist in maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance.

➔   Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

➔   Aid in the rollout, installation, and configuration of new hardware and software applications, including updates and patches.

➔   Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides. Conduct basic training sessions to help staff better utilize IT resources.

➔   Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets using the organization’s helpdesk system. Escalate issues as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.

➔   Support initiatives related to IT security, ensuring systems adhere to compliance and policy standards, and participate in routine system audits.

Requirements

➔   2-4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.

➔   Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols.

➔   Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.

➔   Exposure to SASE tools like Zscaler, Netskope, PaloAlto Prisma Access.

➔   Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT solutions.

➔   Basic experience in server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

➔   Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

➔   Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools (e.g.,JIRA Service Desk, ServiceNow,Freshworks etc).

About the Role

startup journey, you will collaborate closely with our experienced engineers and the founding

● Proficient in C++ and Python with strong debugging skills.

● Familiarity with object-oriented design methodologies and common design patterns,

along with foundational knowledge in software engineering.

● Experience using Git for version control.

● Experienced in the Linux development environment and build tools like CMake.

● Experience working with robotics frameworks, including Robot Operating System (ROS)

and Gazebo.

● Understanding of the operation and integration of common robotics sensors, such as

LIDAR, ultrasonic, and IMU sensors.

● Understanding of robotics subsystems, including planning, control systems, localization,

perception, and drivers.
