Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Executive to manage and oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial information, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the organization’s financial stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis and Reporting
o Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
o Provide regular financial updates and insights to management for decision-making.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting
o Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
o Monitor actual performance against budget and identify variances.
3. Accounts Management
o Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.
o Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
4. Compliance and Risk Management
o Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
o Support audits and implement necessary controls to mitigate financial risks.
5. Taxation and Regulatory Compliance
o Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
o Keep updated on changes in financial regulations and laws.
6. Financial Planning
o Support strategic financial planning and investment decisions.
o Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
7. Team Collaboration
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
o Support training and development initiatives for the finance team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 6 month -1 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
