Requirements

● 3-7 years of experience in software quality engineering, preferably in SaaS environments with a platform or infrastructure focus.

● Strong demonstrated experience testing distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, or cloud-based infrastructure.

● Experience designing and executing test plans for AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or shared platform services.

● Familiarity with AI/LLM infrastructure concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, model routing, and observability.

● Strong demonstrated proficiency in Linux distributions and CLI-based testing, including log file analysis and other troubleshooting tasks.

● Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.

● Basic Python/Shell scripting knowledge with ability to edit existing scripts and create new automation for pipeline validation.

● Advanced skills with API and SQL testing methodologies.

● Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail; experience with Qase is a plus.

● Demonstrated experience leveraging Version Control Systems with a focus on GitHub.

● Experience with testing tools: Jira, Sentry, DataDog.

● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and contributing to process improvements.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Strong communication skills with ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).

● Most importantly: The courage to be vocal about quality concerns, platform risks, and testing impediments.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with AI/ML evaluation frameworks or tools (e.g., LLM-as-judge, Ragas, custom eval harnesses).

● Hands-on experience with document parsing, OCR, or unstructured data pipelines.

● Experience with observability tooling (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) from a QA perspective.

● Experience testing SaaS products in regulated industries (such as PCI-compliant).

● Basic understanding of containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI).

● Experience with microservice architectures and distributed systems.

● Knowledge of basic non-functional testing (security, performance) with emphasis on AI-specific concerns.

● Background in security or compliance testing for AI systems.

● Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE.

● Experience working in legal technology, fintech, or professional services software.

● Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and leveraging LLMs as a productivity-boosting tool.

As a Director of Information Systems , you will oversee and manage the organization's information technology (IT) and information systems operations. You will leverage Information systems, tools, data and analytics to support stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

You will lead and directly manage a team of data analysts, while partnering with other teams across the organization and directly report to the COO.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with senior management to understand their data requirements and develop data management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Define KPI around data and lead the initiatives.

● Develop and implement data architecture, which is a blueprint for how data is organized and stored within an organization. Provide necessary interventions to ensure critical business decisions are taken well in time.

● Implement master data management (MDM) processes and solutions to establish a single source of truth for critical data entities. Define data hierarchies, data models, and data stewardship responsibilities. Oversee the maintenance and synchronization of master data across systems.

● Work with other departments to identify data trends and patterns that support the organization’s objectives. This will include using data visualization tools, such as dashboards and charts, to help identify trends and insights.

● Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions.

● Build and manage a high-performing systems and information team.Set clear goals, performance expectations, and KPIs for the team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing guidance/feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

● Experience ( 7-10 years) in systems management, information technology, or a related role within the SaaS industry.

● Strong knowledge of data analysis methods, tools, and best practices. Experience in Salesforce and Power BI is a must.

● Ability to do requirements analysis of business processes for efficiency, data accuracy, data control, and make data-driven recommendations

● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in systems management and information technology.

● Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

As a Software Engineer - Frontend you’ll be part of the Frontend team, implementing beautiful web designs made by our designers to keep both our site and the internal web-based tools we use fresh and up to date on top of working on new projects alongside this, there is always something new and interesting to work on. 

Your Team Mates

The frontend team consists of both our frontend developers and designers, we work closely with all parts of the business to create tools that vary across the whole company, from the publishing team to create a portal for people to submit games, the marketing team on things like our website, all the way to our internal teams for things like administration and analytics.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

• Implementing designs for our website/web tools created by our design team

• Create and update interactive interfaces used throughout the company

Your Hard Skills

• Minimum 2 years browser-based programming experience

• A proven track record of programming high quality and innovative web pages using Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3 and relevant frameworks (ideally ReactJS but could also be others e.g. AngularJS, NodeJS, Handlebars, jquery, gulp)

• An excellent working knowledge of various programming languages, databases and scripting tools including at least one of bash, MySQL, CouchBase, Python, Java, C#, JSP, PHP
