Position Summary
The Delivery Account Lead – US IT Recruitment will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, team leadership, and client engagement for key strategic accounts. This role is a critical leadership position that demands strong experience in managing VMS clients, high-volume delivery, team performance, and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
· Own delivery for multiple high-value US-based client accounts across industries and technologies.

Position description:
- Establish UX Research practice for your pods and collaborate closely with the product and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape our products.
- Conduct and evaluate independent quantitative and qualitative research at every stage of the product lifecycle from identifying unmet user needs & conceptualization to prototype validations & usability tests on the product. This includes conducting ethnographic studies, contextual discovery, concept tests, benchmarking, online surveys, cognitive walkthroughs, quantitative analysis, VoC studies, usability and accessibility testing, amongst others.
- Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
- Lead prioritization about what we research, when to research it, and how that research is conducted; This includes working with cross-functional teams, multiple devices, and platforms, in order to find opportunities to further improve the user experience.
- Create rich & detailed written presentations & reports to document the findings of all user research activities.
- Build & deliver user personas, user flows, consumer journey maps, experience maps, and storyboards basis research studies.
