Conduct meetings and give product demonstration to the CXO level/ key decision makers of the prospective clients -

Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

- Research and build relationships with new clients - Plan approaches and pitches

- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance

- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends

- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence

- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately - Maintains relationship with clients & channel partner

- Willing to travel anywhere in India, if required

- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients

. - Timely Reporting of daily, weekly, sales trackers and monthly reports. - Carry a comfortable back pack of demo kit for demonstration weighng upto 3 kgs.

Requiements/ Qualification:

- Strong Interpersonal and Presentation skills.

- Confident speaker and aility to engage key decision makers (CXO level) is be the key quality 2 sought in candidates.

- Candidates with proven work experience in Channel sales for products like CCTV, Video Door Phone, Access Door Control, etc (preferred)

- MBA (sales and Marketing would be preferred) with 1-2 years experience

- Must have 2 wheeler. Industry: IT-Hardware & Networking/ access control/ automation

Job Role- Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of overall experience which should include at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, an excellent practical understanding of agile practices, principles, and framework and great people manager. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering successful projects.

What you’ll be doing:

 Plan and coordinate all aspects of projects/sprints from initiation through delivery

 Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and refinements

 Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices

 Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for plan and prioritize backlog for upcoming releases and iterations

 Facilitate team progress by addressing and removing any blockers and proactively managing project delivery risks and issues

 Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders

 Extensive knowledge of Agile project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines

 Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement)
