A project manager is accountable for initiating, planning and allocating resources, preparing
budgets, monitoring progress, managing changes and keeping stakeholders informed throughout
the project lifecycle. Project Manager in DarwinBox operates within the defined Implementation
framework of achieving the company's goals and vision.
Responsibilities:Ā
ļ· Contribute to managing end-to-end implementation project life cycle, driving optimization
of operating modelsĀ
ļ· Determine Project Scope, Objectives and Dependencies
ļ· Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan and key milestones
ļ· Determine and Define Project Resource Allocations
ļ· Manage Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies on Project by assigning
appropriate ownership and escalations
ļ· Capture project health metrics, maintaining a central repository for all projects and
project information that provide insights into processes and frameworks that workĀ
ļ· Establish and execute Project Governances viz., Steerco Meetings, Weekly Cadences and
Track Action Items to closure
ļ· Conduct governance calls for ongoing projects and ensuring project commitments are
being met by Darwinboxās implementation team as well as the Clientās implementation
teamĀ
ļ· Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
ļ· Collaborate with Client on requirement changes and initiate change management
process
ļ· Identify, document and update the project scope for changes
ļ· Initiate appropriate review and approvals on the changes
ļ· Evaluate and analyze the impact of changes and communicate with stakeholders
ļ· Seek approvals and commitments on the scope, cost and schedule
ļ· Ensure SOP adherence, time-logging, effectively making use/ driving adoption of Project
Management tools and methodologiesĀ
ļ· Review/prepare Project Plans for implementation projects and monitor resource
allocationĀ
ļ· Identify Stakeholder Communication Requirements on project performance metrics
ļ· Collaborate with Product Teams on Product enhancements
ļ· Document impact and prioritize changes to Product Backlog and timelines
ļ· Stakeholder Reporting - Preparing status reports, highlighting risks to the project
timelines, proactively escalating potential red flags, and recommending mitigation
solutionsĀ
ļ· Track Project Closure / Handover activities to downstream teams.Ā

Requirements:Ā
ļ· B. Tech or an equivalent degreeĀ
ļ· MBA or an equivalent degree is preferred but not mandatoryĀ
ļ· Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ
ļ· Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to changeĀ
ļ· Excellent time management and problem-solving skillsĀ
ļ· Proficiency in MS Office toolsĀ
ļ· 6-8 years of prior experience in a project management role is preferredĀ
ļ· Any experience in MS SharePoint, MS Power Automate, Excel Macros, Project
Management Tools like JIRA, Zoho Projects is an added advantageĀ
ļ· Any Project Management (PMP/ Prince2/Agile CSM) or Agile certification is mandatory

- Convert high-level engineering plan into an agile sprint plan with accurate effort estimation ensuring smooth and
- timely delivery ā Take complete ownership and lead from the front with high levels of hands-on expertise.
- Create relevant engineering practices and policies, to improve productivity, efficiency and build predictability in a very dynamic environment.
- Recruit and build high-performance teams.
- 4+ Years of Hands-on-experience with scalable Architecture, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Technologies
- Well versed with SOA principles, cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns and frameworks Development experience in any of the languages PHP, Node.js or Java.
- Experience on any of the front-end JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ajax/Web-services.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in Relational and Non- Relational Database.
- Exposure to API concepts would be an added advantage.
- Ability to create/review base level architecture, create and maintain product roadmaps.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced company environment.
- Should be stack agnostic and should not have any tech prejudice.
- Willing to work in PHP + MongoDB driven environment.
- Prefer non-hierarchical, independent and non-pushy environment.
- Are self-motivated to take up a high degree of ownership.
- Passionate about programming and can't sleep without coding.Ā
