We are looking for:
• Someone who is a highly creative video editor and a graphic designer to lead Equirus creative presence.
• Someone who can work on a wide range of projects, from editing YouTube videos to creating social media graphics and everything in between.
• Someone who has a knack for creativity and an eye for detail.
The candidate will be responsible for:
• Creating and editing posts, reels, and videos for Instagram, Youtube and other social media channels.
• Should know how to edit and transcribe audio from the video.
• Creating graphic based content like infographics, brochures, and image posts
• Creating effective visual designs for campaigns – both offline and online mediums and other internal design requirements that may come up from time-to-time basis • Organizing video content with video editing software
• Working with the social media team for all the creative work
Requirement :-
• Preferably experience 2 – 4 years
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Passion and enthusiasm for design with a creative flair • Fluent with video editing software
• Strong hands-on experience using Adobe Premiere Pro / Apple Final Cut Pro, Instagram reels editing, YouTube video editing, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Corel Draw, Autodesk Maya, Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to give attention to details, acknowledge feedback, and manifest it constructively.
• Highly creative and imaginative, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment, handling multiple projects and priorities.

MUST-HAVES
- Fluent in one Indian language (two languages is a significant plus)
- 1.5+ years of work experience in a similar role
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
- Hands-on experience of Adobe Suite and standard motion graphics design software
- Ability to learn new tools and do self-guided work within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in creative, human-centered culture and cross-cultural design
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Excited to use your artistic talents in a social impact context
