Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN) to spearhead our web development team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of robust web applications while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to driving excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Make critical technical and product decisions while collaborating with Product Managers and clients.
• Lead and mentor the development team in coding best practices and modern web technologies.
• Design and develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals.
• Analyze resource needs, assess project feasibility, and create detailed project plans.
• Represent the team in planning meetings and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and new technologies to enhance team performance.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack.
• Previous experience in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team handling experience is essential.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

7+ years of proven experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Role Overview

As an HR & Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR processes, employee experience, and day-to-day operations that ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This is a cross-functional role that bridges people management, administration, and operational excellence across multiple teams at MathonGo.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and sourcing to screening, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offers.
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance systems.
• Handle onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.
• Draft and issue offer letters, MoUs, NDAs, internship certificates, and experience letters.
• Support performance evaluation cycles, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, birthdays, and recognition programs to maintain a positive work culture.

Operations

• Coordinate daily office operations, logistics, and vendor management (devices, stationery, housekeeping, etc.).
• Manage contracts and renewals with external partners, agencies, and freelancers.
• Assist in tracking procurement, reimbursements, invoices, and salary disbursements in coordination with the Finance team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
• Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational planning across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or Operations (start-up/EdTech experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with HR tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, etc.) and willingness to learn internal systems.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential sector.
• Sales Presentations & Proposals: Meet with potential clients to present our interior design services, create proposals, and close sales.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure that client expectations are clearly communicated and met.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our design offerings, materials, and services to effectively present solutions to clients.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)

• 2+ years of experience as a react/react-native developer
• Must have skills: ReactJS
• Deep understanding of javascript, typescript and react
• Familiarity with multiple state management techniques
• Knowledgeable about design patterns and their utility in day to day problems
• Worked on and shipped large scale react/react-native applications
• Great product sense; you care about usability and good design
• Strong communication skills
• Bonus if you have worked on Android/iOS apps or nodejs backend.

• Work collaboratively with everyone in the team to deliver best in class user experience
• Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code in typescript and react-native
• Implement pixel perfect designs with advanced interactions, which are a joy to use
• Implement unit and UI automation tests
