Job Title: Sales Engineer

We are hiring a Sales Engineer to drive business growth by promoting and selling engineering products and technical solutions to industrial and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales and relationship-building skills to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
• Promote engineering products and provide technical product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and market feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical or engineering sales (freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for business development.

You will transform storyboards, illustrations, and concepts into polished animation sequences that match MotionGility’s portfolio standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate characters, objects, and scenes using Adobe After Effects
• Understand project scripts, storyboards, and design briefs clearly
• Collaborate closely with designers, scriptwriters, and project managers
• Develop clean and well-timed motion graphics for explainer videos
• Follow MotionGility’s animation style, quality benchmarks, and guidelines
• Ensure timely project delivery
• Add transitions, motion elements, and effects to enhance video flow

Tools Required

• Adobe After Effects – Expert / Highly Proficient (must-have)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execution of sales/marketing plan, like

To reply all inquiries, ONLINE marketing/sales tracking for all websites / registered online portals

To Conduct Feasibility Study of inquiries received.

To call/meet existing and potential Clients Regularly

To Collect the data of requirements from customers / potential buyers

Update all Websites / online registered Portals (Indiamart /Tradeindia/tatanexarc /GEM /L&T SUFIN etc.) with latest product details.

Ensure Clear Communication with Customer and Production Team and Management

To Track Customer Complaints

Responsible to analyze feedbacks from market & give correct information to HOD- business development (strategy department)

To Measure customer satisfaction survey and track actions on the results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development and R&D process, ensuring all stakeholder timelines and deliverables are met.
• Source vendors and negotiate for cost-effective purchases, while reducing delivery times.
• Achieve product assortment goals while ensuring product quality, testing standards, and margin expectations are met.
• Work closely with sales to understand customer directives, analyze sales data, and review new product forecasts.
• Use personas, stakeholder maps, customer journey maps, etc. to develop and refine new product concepts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product development, with a focus on sensors, IoT, and electronics.
• Comfortable with technical aspects of product development and communicating with engineering teams.
• Experience in dealing with the Chinese vendor ecosystem and exposure to China's ecosystem.
• Great negotiation skills and a mix of business acumen and product knowledge.

We are looking for an efficient Business Development Executive candidate who can immediately join us and has prior experience and knowledge only in the software/IT industry, handling software products(web applications, mobile applications) along with client handling. As a BDE you are expected to contribute to the successful completion of a client's journey from pitching to converting to a prospective client for the organization.

PROCESS RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cold Emailing.
2. Communicating to different clients to know their requirements.
3. Follow-ups with valuable leads and converting them into clients.
4. Collaborating with sales manager to improve sales.
5. Identifying the effective market to improve the client base,
6. Bringing in new ideas and processes to help in achieving overall business.

EXPECTED TO BRING IN

1. Having 1-2 yrs of relevant experience.
2. Good communication skills both verbal and written are a must.
3. Completed UG or PG degree in sales or marketing or business administration.
4. Prior experience only in the software industry.
5. Knowledge of CRM tools would be an advantage.

• Experience in designing and developing applications using Node.js, RDBMS (preferably MySQL).
• Minimum 3 years of Node.Js, 3 years of Database experience required.
• Expertise in at least one of AWS, Google Compute platforms to build scalable solutions.
• Deep knowledge and experience in building complex cloud/enterprise-grade software in the area of IT infrastructure, virtualization, network, storage systems monitoring & manage mentor cloud solutions
• Expertise in writing async code (callbacks, promises, async/await, observables) and publish/ subscribe/ event.
• Experience in implementing and consuming SOAP and REST web APIs.
• Producing and maintaining automated testing, build, and deployment processes.
• Improve documentation of processes and systems
• Troubleshoot existing systems and applications
• Experience in data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Experience in RESTful APIs and knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Understanding of data structures and problem-solving approaches, and ability to articulate trade-offs
• Strong fundamentals OOPS concepts, SOLID principles, Data Structures/Algorithms, Exception Handling, Coding Standards, Logging
