We are currently looking for a Senior SEO and PPC Marketing Expert who will work with a team of developers, Product Owner, and Managers. You shall be responsible for conceiving and conducting the user research to translate them into actionable best SEO practices, activities and paid campaigns. You will also design the overall accessibility and 'findability' of the mobile application and web-platform, as well as other associated websites.  

• Gather the user requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner and Manager.
• Prepare and present the rough drafts to internal teams.
• Assist in translating best practices that lead to targeted organic user experiences.
• Helping to facilitate the product owners' product visions by researching, conceiving and implementing best SEO + PPC practices to achieve the targest.
• Help identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Work with the team to create a strategic design and SEO decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and leads on all phases of the product development life cycle
• Incorporate best practices for accessibility, usability, web performance, and design into our products and ultimately champion more consistent and delightful user experience.
• Work with front-end developers and designers in all aspects of UX development.
• Perform research, evaluations, and validations of moderate complexity.
• Provide solutions using appropriate research methodology, tools, and protocols considering a user-centered approach.
• Perform usability/heuristic evaluations and validations across the product or solution life-cycle.

            Minimum Eligibility:

• Minimum 3 -4 years of experience in SEO and PPC
• Ability to effective communications and collaboration with other designers and product owners/managers to ensure the best possible ways of UX experience.
• Creative and Artistic nature.
• Knowledge of PPC and automation platforms would be ideal
• Experience in taking input from multiple sources and synthesizing it into coherent design ideas.

Responsibilities

• Leading and directing the work of content produced by content team members 

including text, images, audio, and video. 

• Research, pitch, execute and analyse new content initiatives. 
• Creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the planning, execution,

• Managing pipelines of in-house and outsourced content creators, analysts, graphic 

designers, videographers, developers, etc.

We are seeking a QA automation engineer to design testing procedures for our software applications. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests to validate their performance. You will also be required to identify bugs, install databases, and collaborate with the software design team.

Responsibilities

• Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically;
• Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios; 
• Conduct thorough integration testing to ensure consistent functionality across modules, services, and platforms.
• Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases; 
• Build test automation frameworks; Suggest /Make framework enhancements to accommodate the scripting needs
• Partner with product managers and developers to understand application requirements and ensure these are effectively tested.
• Participate actively in team discussions, providing feedback on testing practices and processes.
• Detail and document bugs/defects with clarity, ensuring issues are easily understood and addressed.
• Regularly report on QA activities and product quality, highlighting any areas of concern.
• Advocate for feedback mechanisms to continually refine the development and QA processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 2+ years of work experience as a QA automation engineer.
• Experience with integration testing and its tools/frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with test automation tools suited for Node.js, React, and React Native, such as Jest, Detox, and Appium.
• Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.
• Analytical skills to examine bug reports, prioritize necessary tests, and streamline application functions through automated testing processes 

Good to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, e.g., Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized testing environments.
• Prior experience in testing APIs, especially those built with Express.js or other Node.js frameworks.
• Proficiency with tools like Postman for API testing.
• Experience with frontend and mobile testing tools for React and React Native, such as Cypress, React Testing Library, or Espresso.
• Experience with mobile device emulators and physical device testing for React Native.
